The Post lady that just delivered the mail on Mullins Street flatwoods Kentucky just ran over the cone in front of our water line and act like she didn't do nothing while she was coughing her head off so she needs to be tested for colvit and she needs to learn how to drive better consider she drives over the cones that's out there marking where the water line is
