We have a mailbox on our front porch. All of the mail carriers have been able to find it for the past 46 years. But recently we have had mail left in a Bird Feeder by our side porch! One day it was soaking wet & included important mail. It must have been there several days but I’m not sure because I no idea I needed to check the bird feeder for the mail. I prefer to have it left in the mailbox on the front porch. Please take care of this situation, Thank you

Anyone else getting this lame excuse that your mail was not delivered because there is no access to the delivery location? Kind of funny considering every single person on my street has been able to leave and come back in all kinds of cars. I think the mailperson with this route just doesnt want to do his job.

have the same problem about my packages. if I order something that don't fit in the mailbox at the end of the road forget it. she either leaves it at my neighbors or not at all. I have to call and call the post office to try and track it down every package. if it dont straight up I'm going to get a lawyer to fix the problem for me.

About a month ago, our postal carrier decided he was no longer delivering the weekly sale circulars to our area. Other Ashlanders get theirs, why not us??????

Twice in about six weeks I have been at home and received a text that a package was delivered. I immediately checked and otherness no package. The sellers are under no obligation to replace the missing items and I am out the price of the merchandise.

Yesterday, my husband and I both had packages marked out for delivery from amazon. We were both at home all day. At 5:30 PM we both got a notification from amazon that there had been a delivery attempt for our packages but there had been NO ATTEMPT by our postman to deliver. There wasn’t even a delivery notification attempt slip left. 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

The flag outside your office needs to be replaced. I know a Boy Scout Troup that will respectfully retire it for you.

They need more customer service workers during peak times. But all of the cs workers are friendly and help you get the best price for what you need. But with only 3 CS it can take so long now that you can't use the inside drop box for small packages after doing your own weighing and stamping. You can't even weigh and stamp yourself to make it go quicker. The phone is hardly ever answered.

Everyone of us needs to complain to the U.S. Postal Service (higher ups). In one day, I got mail that had 3 different ppls names on it. That's ridicules.

Yep they don't want to deal with complaints. That's my opinion.
