Postal Locations

I live at 349 Mosely Ave, in Eltingville. Myself and others on the block consistently receive incorrect mail. In my case I have not received an important piece of mail from my former employer. I have asked them to resend the piece of mail three times now and still have not gotten it. My address - 349 MOSELY Ave, SI, NY 10312 is extremely similar to another address on the other side of SI - (349 MOSEL Ave, ZIP 10304). I have received mail for them, but have put it back in the mail for redelivery. Whoever is sorting the mail in the Sorting area of the Eltingville post office needs to be more diligent. We never feel at ease when we are expecting important mail. I do hope this issue can be addressed and corrected. Thank you.

On Saturday, July 16, 2022 on Vineland Ave between Gravesend and Carlton, all the mail was delivered wrong. Everyone had the mail for the next house! One or two wrong is one thing, but the whole block!!!

The last 2 weeks the mail has been stuffed into 1 mailbox. There are 3 apartments at 154 Stroud Avenue. My mailbox is clearly marked with who lives in the #1 apt. The second mailbox is clearly marked with the #2. What is happening is illegal especially with the checks and govenment ID's and other important mail coming in. I also am sure they don't appreciate my digging out my mail from their mailbox.
