I called USPS, this package was received, on Aug 14.2023, but Rescheduled to Next Delivery Day August 14, 2023, 9:20 am. But now the status is on USPS is:

I called back UPS and USPS, NO RESULTS, they can not help me !.
The USPS customer support, did not try to mach to help, only at my requst provded the local number to contact, and maybe I will be able to get to a solution BUT,
The local USPS zip 10010 tel. number is busy or not reply so I cannot get any info from them, 212 673 3773 and 212 673 6415 and the US Customer Support is1 800 275 8777

I have Ben here 34 year a I never had problem with my mail but the new mail men my letter open a half my package miss and my package cut open please do thing about it for me . Thank You Marie Collor Lewis

They started delivering our mail (10009) when the post office on East 14 was closed. Since then, mail delivery has been uniformly terrible. Mail generally arrives late in the day and sometimes not at all. Don't bother calling because they never answer the phone. The problem, I suspect, is that they consolidated the 14th Street PO with the larger facility in Murray Hill.
This post office will "prompt" you to use the "automated" express kiosk for payment with debit or credit, but if you pay for express, (next day), your parcel won't get there next day. I'm asking for a refund, cause my flat express envelope was accepted at 4:05pm, on 2/26/14, and the girl said it would get there next day. It's still at the post office in the town my neice lives in, just upstate, and still isn't out for delivery today, 2/28/14 @ 9am. Oh, just got an email just now, that it's out for delivery @ 9:10am. So it looks like the email arrives 1.5hrs after any update; in my opinion, it should be instantaneous, like gps, or stocks. Humfff.
