I was just verbally assaulted by a post office clerk who made mean rude personal remarks about my age, my appearance, even my children. I came away sad and angry. It was a completely unnecessary abuse of power. How can the post office keep people like this employed.

I’m writing to praise clerk #26 whose name tag I think said “Stephens”. She’s very thorough, efficient and pleasant, a very good employee. Thank you, A. Forman

I was verbally and physically assaulted by two clerks there. I have a video to prove it . Horrible and horrific experience there.

I came in at 5:30 (this location closes at 5:45) - the clerk refused to take my packages because “we are closing soon”. I recommend you do a full review of your employees.

Dear Postal Service, I live at 230 East 20th Street, Unit 61, NY, 10003 at the "Modern". My mail is delivered inconsistently. There are times when I go very a week without receiving my mail. The mail is returned to sender even though the letter is correctly addressed. I am told by the postal office that the problem has to do with the mailwomen actually delivering the mail. This situation cannot be tolerated. I am missing important tax documents, checks and other critical documents. Please respond to clarify the situation. Otherwise, I will need to contact a lawyer. This situation cannot go on like this due to the incompetence of one of your employees.
