RIDICULOUS. Spent $30 for an express package and they LOST it. How the hell does that happen? Clueless in the post office and definitely incompetent.

I do not understand why my mail is still being forward from 412 Warwick Ave 10553 to the address in Ocala, FL 34481. Why can't you get these situations resolved? About a month ago I sent numerous emails concerning the cancellation of an address change. I'm tired of this!!!!

I reside at 103 west 5th street. Mount Vernon. NY 10550. I recieved mail from a address by a neighbor from my address 24 years ago. Where is the mail person dropping off the mail. Its certainly not my new address. Please look into this matter immediately. Thank you

The Postal Staff is always professional and helpful at the 440 E Sandford Blvd Post Office. It is the interior that bothers me. It needs a good cleaning always looks unclean. It did not always look this way. I hope someone will pay attention.
