Don't usually write reviews, but I really like this Post Office location. Why? It has onsite parking. No driving around looking for parking, walking distances from the parking spot to the Post Office AND best of all no anxiety about $35 and up parking tickets.

USPS employees often get a bad rap. But my gosh, look at the volume of mail/parcels that they have to move! And they do so with more often great success than not, but hey, things happen! On that note, I had a parcel misdirected to the Co Op City Post Office. I live in Upper Manhattan. So I called the local number at the urging of my carrier, Jason, best USPS carrier ever! Alexandra, over in Co-op City, answered the phone on the second ring. I explained my situation, and she immediately put my mind at ease with her calm and knowledgable professional demeanor. By the end of the call, all was good and I was left feeling confident that my parcel will be soon on its merry way. So often people give USPS employee's grief, but this review is here to state that the majority of these employees are hardworking and diligent in providing the community excellent service. So BRAVO to Jason and Alexandra for the great job that they do! Thank you. -SF
