I just want to say thank you so much Maxine and Ari for their friendly and courteous manner in resolving my problem. They helped me resolve a problem that my daughter had with a package delivery from a third party. It is rare in todays society to find people like Maxine and Ari who will go out of their way to help a customer. Thanks again!!

I generally do not have a problem with the post office. Today I received a thank you card and it was clearly opened as if someone was looking inside for a check or gift card. VERY DISTURBING!

The Front Door would not open today. Knowing this is a holiday should not affect access to the 24-hour lobby. Normally, I would use a credit card to gain access but it would not unlock the door. As I was trying my other 3 credit cards 5 other people tried to open the door using their credit cards with the same results (No Access) kind of defeat the 24 Lobby access you claim to have. Can you please see to fixing this ASAP thank you for your time.

I have a package there tht was supposed to be delivered weeks ago. I was supposed to sign for it. NOthing was left that I had a package to sign for and in addition I have been home with Bronchitus for over a month. How can I get my package, when will it be delivered. It was confirmed today that you have it.
