My experience with Shenika was excellent. My premium mail forwarding package for last week did not arrive. I registered the problem on the web site, Shenika called me the next day to get the details. She followed up in a timely manner and resolved the issue. She represented the USPS very well and I commend her for the job she did. Thank you Shenika


I am Not receiving 2 of my periodicals. If I do get them they are a month or more old. They are The Long Islander which is only printed a town away, and The Columbia which used to arrive to me on Saturdays . I checked their end so it must be in your end. I don't blame my delivery person because it is a different person now and still the same issue. Thank you


I have not received any mail in my po box 562 in over a week.


Now I know why it is called snail mail! Line out the door, 2 counter people, 1 of them doing a passport. The most ridiculous thing I ever saw. Will use UPS, from now on, you lost me! Management needs to review this place!
