Today, we had a issue with a shattered glass mat, delivered in a damaged shipping box. I called the P.O. and spoke with Denice. Denice understood my issue and promptly took action to resolve part of the issue allowing me to follow up with the vender. Resolved. Thank you, Denice.

Just wanted to commend the staff at the Centerport Post Office for their professionalism during these past several months of COVID-19 crisis. To a person, they have all demonstrated competence, unfailing courtesy, and a healthy dose of good humor in circumstances which can easily be described as daunting. As I have told them many times while I am physically in their presence, they represent the most visible aspect of my government at work.

We’ve been a Centerport resident since 1977. Not once has there been anyone but nice employees working at the post office. However, over the past couple of weeks I‘ve encountered one new to this post office employee who is rude and very unfriendly. She doesn’t smile and is very curt with her answers. The name on her name tag says Michelle. Several of our friends in Centerport have said the same thing, so I’m writing for all who share the opinion. I understand that Roddy moved to Virginia and he is greatly missed. Please if you can, adjust this woman’s attitude or replace her! Thank you.
