Since January 26th I have been trying to talk to the Postmaster. I am in the Post office frequently and every time I see the light on in her office I ask to speak with her. The employees at first say the will ask, but they always come back and say she is not in. I have left my name and number, but no response. Today is February 22nd.

TERRIBLE!!!! At the busiest time of the year, the stamp vending machine has been out of service for weeks. I made numerous visits and EVERY TIME a notice was posted indicating the machine was out of service. During business hours, when there is a representative to assist you, the customer line is nearly out the door. As the saying goes... "You only had one job..."

Your "supervisor" Jim Rowland needs to be re educated on customer service and the word EMPATHY. He showed no urgency or concern with a situation involving multiple pieces of confidential mail being ripped open and handed to me by my mail carrier. He proceeded to inform me that he "forgot" to file a case upon saying he would,If only he learned how to do his job correctly and efficiently. If not I hope before a professional, personable, educated and more likeable representivtive takes his job.
