Not having mail pick up third time

the mail woman just got in an argument with us because she refuses to step outside of her mail truck to deliver our mail. This is the second time we’ve had to wait in our road for her to come back up our street to receive our mail. She would need to take no more than 5 steps to reach our mailbox because it’s currently broken right now. A different time she claimed our garbage cans were blocking them, which they weren’t. Again, she’d need to take less than 5 steps to deliver the mail. She actually said “do you realize no one else would deliver your mail if it weren’t for me? I’m the only one they’ve got and I could be done delivering right now if I wasn’t talking to you.” We have medicine delivered to our home and will risk not receiving it on time because she’s too lazy to properly fulfill her duties. If there are no other replacements for her job like she claims, I would happily rather make the daily trip to the post office than know someone is getting paid to be rude and not physically able to perform their job correctly.

Why is the mailman reporting to Amazon that he tried to deliver my package when he never came to deliver my package or mail not even my neighbors??!! NO mail truck or mail employee has been on our street. We are all home today because of the storm that is happening right now. If they are running late because of the storm that is one thing but to say it’s undeliverable they tried when they never tried to deliver is just down right deceitful. So this is what our postal service has resorted too??!

We need each post office web page to list ALL the mail pickup times each day for that location, not just the last collection time, so we dont have to drive there to determine if it suffices. Would also help to know where it gets processed when it leaves local office & how long before it gets to the processing site (i.e., does it ride around in a truck all day, or wait an extra day at another post office before heading to processing?) Your customers' chief concerns are cost, security, and timeliness!

I've had mail in my box that needs to be picked up for several days now, and it is still there! Not the first time this has happened before either. It's plainly marked and easily visible from the street, so I really don't understand what the problem is. NOT HAPPY .

I put mail out for pick up on Monday, 12/3, and it is still out there on 12/5, and there is no mail delivery or pick up today, so my bills are going out a week late. This has happened 5 times before. He did leave a package on 12/3, but did not take my mail.

You delivered a package to my old address this past Friday at 87 Columbia Gdns. Cohoes. It should have been sent to 385 Watervliet-Shaker road, Latham, NY. I have no way of getting the package.

I have lived in Waters View Apartments for 4 years and the mail is always on time and in a secure place. Just this week somewhere between Weds and Friday the new mail person misplaced my mail in another persons mail box. The package had $300 worth of Victoria Secret items for my wife. The tracking number is 9261292700465600451265 and stated it was locked in a drop box. So where is it? Noone knows not even the mail lady.
