I sent a Package through your location for delivery on the 5th of Jan. 2018. The first message in the tracking system stated that you attempted delivery @1:38 pm, however the receptacle was block. "What does that mean"?, furthermore the recipient was home until 9:00 pm that very day. Second issue, I called your location and the number remain busy constantly, even after work hours. This lead me to believe that management at this location is purposely leaving the phone off the hook to avoid dealing with customers. Third issue, on the 6th your tracking services stated that the package was delivered and signed for by the recipient whom at the time was at JFK Airport boarding a flight. How is that possible?. Forth, the tracking services stated that I requested that the package be delivered to a neighbor, this is a complete lie. I have not spoken to anyone regarding changing my request to only have one possible recipient. This package was very important to a 16 year old girl in Jamaica for her studies and your delivery person clearly falsified the document and I am accusing HE/SHE of realizing the value of the items and the fact it was underinsured and stole it. I am never going to give up finding the truth about this. Your location have a person contact me yesterday and state that there is nothing the location can do. She did not identify herself however I have the voicemail. I did inquire at the call center which can only give me the same information on the website or take a complaint. This is totally unacceptable and should and will never be tolerated by myself nor that young lady who is in need of a computer and a good phone to continue doing great things with her education. Fell free to contact me

This post office is horrible!!! The professionalism and customer service is so out of whack that people would rather not even pick up their package than to deal with the unprofessionalism and lack of concern that occurs at this office. The employees show no type of motivation to even want to work or assist customers with their inquiries. Lines can be so long that they go all the way out the door and you will see 5 employees walking back and forth, but only 1 at the window helping. Please shut this station down or hire new people who want to work and really earn a paycheck!!!

Please close this station. It is a menace to society. Who is responsible for this travesty? I'm considering legal action.
