169 Lincoln Avenue, Bronx, NY 10454 Our building hosts a number of different companies and we have individual mailboxes in the interior vestibule. The new mailman has been leaving all the mail in the exterior catchall box for the building. We know that our usual mail person is out, but she should have given the key to the key-box outside to the new guy. Why is he still leaving the mail outside? Our mail has been getting wet and we have been receiving wet correspondence. I a few cases, checks were completely unusable. Please contact [number removed] to discuss.

The mailman who regularly "delivers" the mail to St Ann's Church at 295 St Ann's Avenue is a disaster. He can tell quite easily that the church is open by the fact that the gates are unlocked and open and the door is even open; however, what he likes to do is glance inside the kitchen area, and, if no one sees him, he writes "close" on our mail and leaves. What he should do is go to our office, like any other mail person, and deliver the mail to the office. He says he cannot climb the stairs, but there is a convenient ramp right next to the open gate. This man is an embarrassment and worse to the USPS.

I have waited for deliveries and the PO never came. When I checked the status on line the message says the delivery was attempted and I was not home. I am always home when I have a delivery scheduled for that day. This has happened numerous times and I’m sick of people not doing their job. Most recent yesterday

This post office had lost many of my packages. Some of them medications. They took my info and said they were going to call me but never did. Personnel is rude and don't help fixing a problem.
