Good morning! There is no reason for the tellers to be so unfriendly nearing to rude. The first teller came on at 9:01am the line was 11 deep. The second teller came on at 9:15am and was not very nice. It's bad enough that we must wait but there is no need to be rude. Why are the workers always to rude/unfriendly. They need people training.

Terrible service, always rude, always losing things, never pick up scheduled pick up items. The staff is terrible and I dont know how they have jobs. They clearly dont want to be at work and it reflects onto customers. Very long wait times all times of the day.

Re: Lincolnton Station, NYC. I am registered with Parcel Pending, a parcel delivery service, as are several residents in the Riverton Square housing development. Yesterday, when I went to retrieve my package, there were 19 packages on the floor of the locker room, 6 of which had notations in black marker (probably from someone in Lincolnton Station) that the particular resident is not registered with PP and the package should be left at the residents apartment. Several of the packages have been on the floor of the locker room for several days. In the past, one of my packages was also left on the floor of the locker room even though I am registered with PP. I called Amazon and was advised that the fault was by the post office - Lincolnton Station. I am writing now because seeing 19 packages on the floor, 6 (32%) of which clearly show that they were to be delivered to the resident's apartment is worrisome. This is worrisome. What must the non-delivery rate be for other buildings in Riverton Square? I just noticed that these messages are not connected to the USPS "*postallocations.com is not a part of, or affiliated with, the official United States Postal Service (USPS)". To assure me and others that this is not a scam and a waste of time, please respond to this complaint. In the meantime, I'll find out who the manager of Lincolnton Station is and send a copy of this message to her/him.

I was supposed to recieve a parcel to be delivered at my door on May 25, 2017, instead it was left at the mailboxes, and I never received it, this is not the first time this has happened is there anything thing that can be done to assure that this doesn't happen again? your attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated, thank you, Leroy Binns..

To Whom It may Concern, On Tuesday January 31, 2017 I mailed approximately (25) twenty-five W-2 Tax Forms to former employees. Over the past (3( three weeks I have received phones calls from various former employees stating they have not received their W-2 in the mail. I placed the W-2's in the mailbox on the corner of 138th Street and Malcolm X Blvd. Your assistance in looking into this matter would be kindly appreciated.
