Extremely dissatisfied every time I go there. The staff is extremely unfriendly has even charged me more for a package that was going to the same address and the package was 4 lb lighter and that actually charged me $6 more it was also spent same way my daughters in college and I seen her packages frequently and always use the exact same sizebox and I would rather walk further and go to the hub on Saint Ann's in deal with either of these two unfriendly employees. The first time I mailed a box from there..there was writing on the box the lady didn't bother to tell me there was priority mail boxes there and she says I must leave and buy brown paper to cover thr entire package or use another box. It wasn't til the next day I noticed there were boxes tthere.I even asked if they were there the day before and she says yes. If you're going to have a job that deals with the public you should have a friendly demeanor and be helpful especially in these days and times
