I am writing this note regarding post office box 13, Grace Gospel Church. The Church has had this PO box #13 for over 30 years. This year is the first time we have never received a notice regarding the fee in the box nor a notice that we were past due. On the 15th of May, I notice we have no mail in the box. The following Saturday 22th of May no mail. On Monday the 24th I visited the station to inquiry, I was told the box was close and that the person who handles the PO boxes was not in but would be in the following date the 25th. I returned on the 25th and was told the person was note in and was on vacation and would be in after memorial day also I wanted to see if I could issue an authorization to hold mail but was told that I would have to speak to the person who handles the PO boxes. I also tried to call the manager of the station (718 993 0930) and (718 993 8054) no one answer. God willing I'll be there again on June 1st. HELP.

I missed a delivery, you would think that they would try to deliver the next day, nooooo. I had to call the 800 number because they never answer the phone at the post office. I put in a request for redelivery for the following day a whole week went by and still no delivery. That is one post office that should be shut down, not great customer service. They’re either overworked or lazy. Either way they need new workers the ones there have been there too long and don’t appreciate their jobs.

I went in on Monday eve approximately 4:15 pm to cash a postal money order. I signed it in front of the clerk & presented her my American passport, where then she told me that isn't acceptable and I need two forms of ID. After throwing 4 different forms of ID her way I was sent away by another female who had presented herself. This morning I walk back in to cash it with the same passport & the same clerk said " huh uh...it's too early for this! You need to come back later when we have money too cash this" I explained to her when i came yesterday afternoon i was turned away, she said cause you didn't have two forms of ID but i still didn't give her two. They just don't want to work...another form of welfare. Sit on your ass all day & collect Gov paycheck.
