Stood in the livery and called to office. Hear the phone but they don’t answer. Great customer service.

Hi.. we REALLY MISS Jimmy. He is an excellent employee of Brewster PO. For the past 4 days …10/12, 13th, 14th and today, the person who leaves the mail is not separating the 4 companies at this location and has NOT picked up our mail for these days.. can you please send someone over for pickup? Thank you.

I was sent an official document from the NYS DMV. This was mailed out to me on (9/30/20). As of 11/11/20, I still have not received this document. I have requested a duplicate from the DMV, but have doubts as to whether I will ever receive it. This is unacceptable.

How come for the past few weeks mail delivery has been inconsistent?? Days would go by and I wouldn't receive a single parcel especially bills. This has got to stop and is totally uncharacteristic.

Thanks to all patrons and postal employees for the food donations from your food drive. It is much appreciated by your fellow community members who suffer from food insecurity. Bless you all :)

The postal delivery person continually leaves packages on the step in the rain. Our back porch is covered, has a door (unlocked) through which packages of all kinds can be slipped, and placed under cover of weather. PLEASE use it. Yesterday we had 8 pounds of coffee beans RUINED because the delivery person could not figure out how to use a door. I was livid. Don't let this happen again, or I will bring rain-soaked beans to the Mt Ebo office and spread them to dry on your desks. 759 Route 22 Brewster NY
