The team at the Backus Rd branch did all they could to help myself and my friend to find our package. Once found it was delivered that day. I had the wrong address on it. They were so helpful. Thank you all for your efforts.
Tried to change home address (911 renumbering) did not move. USPS on line form tells me Post Office has no such new address and wont let me change it. When I call 800 Number it tells me to use change of address form on line. When I call local Post Office no body answers. Please help.....how do I change address to have proper ID to fly and for Motor Vehicle....I need a copy of a change of address form. can you email me a written form so I can fill it out ?

The customer service is horrible, third package that I lose they say they left it in front of my house it is not true the package did not leave the post office. have employees with sticky hand please be more kind an responsible.

I have been trying to reach the office with no answer and then goes to a fax like sound. The 800 number gives me a 2 hr wait time. I was supposed to have a package delivered yesterday 2/11 and it never came another package was delivered on 2/11 and got a message that this package couldn't be delivered because they didn't have access. I live in a house no access required and was home. It is a small package. If 1 package could be delivered why not the other. I can't get any info on this and it is not saying that it is in today informed delivery. I'm very upset with the handling of this delivery. Don't tell me 1 package could be delivered and no access for the other. Would be great if one could speak to a live person!!!
