Saw my postal carrier roll thru 4way stop at intersection of Maple, Hickock & Millwalkie in Bethel, CT today at about 2:50pm ish. She was looking down at her phone! I recognized her. She works my South St route in the mornings. I have seen her on phone many times while delivering mail. I’m sure this correlates to many of the mistakes I have experienced with my mail delivery. She is not the only postal worker who’s on cell phone will working! They need to pay a whole lot better attention to their work!

your tracking doesnt mean anything. it says it was delivered and it wasnt. happens too much it gets delivered to someone else and they put it back in mail box sometimes and then i get it 2 or 3 days after the tracking says it was delivered. you need gps not tracking cause you can put it in any mailbox and say it was delivered. im too the point where i dont like ordering anything cause tracking dont work. im loseing money because of your illierate drivers that cant put it in the right mailbox. i tell ebay i didnt get it . it shows by tracking it was delivered so im screwed. thanks for a f$$$ up service

I have two checks that were not delivered within reasonable time causing great hardship. The first check mailed 1/13/21 was not cleared by the bank until 2/8/21 (26 days). The second check, mailed at the post office 2/18/21 still has not been cleared by the bank. Is it lost? I inquired at 10 Library place and was told I need to come into the building and stand on line to have the envelope stamped with the date. Putting the envelope in the box outside or in the box inside is no longer good enough!! Why?
