Postal Locations

Why is there no answer when I call this post office!!! This is redundant!! Please someone do something about this. I call and call and after the automated lady says hold for a person it goes to busy tone!!!!!!

How am I supposed to trust mail in voting when no mail delivered, or no postal vehicle observed on my security camera for 2 days.

I was supposed to have a package from ebay delivered to my mailbox, according to my ebay notification it says it was deliceted by usps, well i dont know who the mailman is but NO PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED, HE OR SHE NEED S TO FIGURE OUT WHAT THEY ARE DOING WITH MY MAIL. IM GOING TO FIND OUT EXACTLY WHO THAT POSTAL CARRIER IS OR WAS ON THAT PATICULAR DAY!!!

My post man left a notice of attempted delivery in my mailbox for a package that needed a signature but he didn’t come to my door to have me sign anything for an attempted delivery! I was here, I was in my house and available to answer the door and sign for my package but he didn’t actually “attempt” any delivery! How do I stop this from happening because it’s not the first time!

I am very frustrated at this time. My mom lives in Las Vegas and I am in Northern California. My daughter has a school project that she had to send away to get information for a weeks time from someone out of state so we sent it to my mom. There was an issue at the distribution center and this package was then sent to LA. I have already spoke to the main postal service contact and they created a case that was assigned to this postal office. I urgently need to get ahold of someone in that office to make sure this gets to the correct destination as this is time sensitive and I have called 10 times and every time it rings and rings then I get a busy signal and hangs up. How am I supposed to follow up on this if I can't get a hold of the office, especially since I am out of state. This is so frustrating. Please help! Get someone on your phones!

Interesting that the post office never answers the phone.... Always get put on hold and then after waiting a long period of time it automatically disconnects. Another greatly run GOVT AGENCY

THIER PHONE MUST BE UNDER LOCK N KEY AND THE KEY HOLDER MUST BE ON VACATION.

I never leave reviews, but I have to say that I had great customer service from Louisa at the Westridge Post Office who found my package before it got sent back to the sender. She was so kind and helpful on the phone! I really appreciate her taking the time to look into my inquiry and call be back!

HOW IN THE WORLD DOES ANY BUSINESS, MUCH LESS THE US POSTAL SERVICE, ALLOW SOMEONE TO BE ON HOLD FOR 1 HOUR AND 30 MINUTES....SO FAR. UNBELIEVABLE.

mountains edge area; we do get our mail until 6:00-7:00 p.m.? mail carrier not in uniform or government vehicle? why? not safe leave mail in box overnight
