Site does not pick up the phone. I have been calling upwards of 30 times in 2 days with no response. I think they need to be educated on customer service. There is no way to determine if they have your package for hold when the postal staff isnt willing to deliver do to an animal disturbance in your neighborhood. Sounds like a cop out. Then they dont update the website saying when they will try again.

I use the NV Talking Book Service. We can receive & return books for free. Yesterday Mon. I left a cassette in my box but no one took it. Today, Tues it was still there along with mail. I added another book. That makes 2 left to be taken away. Our reg guy, Sam is on vacation. He takes the books & delivers them when he's working. Please tell temps to take the books they aren't addressed to me but to NTB in Carson City. Thank you. Claudia T Thomas, 89103 zip.
