The mailman from this location has no respect for people's packages. He literally threw the package over the gate because he was to lazy to bring it to the front door.

The sheer rudeness and total incompetency of the staff working in this location is beyond the pale!!!! They deliberately work at an absolute snail’s pace, and when you do finally get to the counter, their attitude of ‘What the f*** do you want, get out of my face’ hits you like a shock wave. The animosity simply rolls off them and across the counter. If you really hate your job so much that revulsion is oozing from your pores, then I suggest you find a different job. I hear 7-11 and McDonalds are always hiring. They absolutely refuse to answer their phone... I realise during Covid that things are askew but that's no excuse to not have voicemail available. I cannot go to this PO in person... my car was totalled out in January and I still haven't gotten a vaccine. Suddenly my mail is not being delivered. I got some mail last week no problem, this week, when I know for a fact there should be specific items arriving… gotten them like clockwork on the 1st of every month for the last 8½ years, including all of last year during lockdown… there’s absolutely nothing in the box, not even those bloody sale ads!!! Which by the way aren’t even addressed to me… the guy who puts them in the boxes just jams them in any old box… addresses don’t matter… and even an untrained ape could lay them down flat but this guy seems to take great pleasure in wadding them up and stuffing them in the boxes. But I digress… I truly believe that if any one of the idiot employees at this location had to undergo a competency test in order to keep their job, every one would fail with the lowest scores known to mankind. I swear, it’s no wonder people used to ‘go postal’… driven mad by the frustration of dealing with employees like these.

For some reason, every time we make arrangements to have a package picked up, our mail person does NOT pick it up! We have to wait til the next day & have even waited as much as 2 days to get a package picked up. Why is this happening? Doesn't the mail person get notified that he has a package to pick up? This happens way too often for my liking.

This will be my last time submitting an email complaint. Or calling the local post office. This has been a nightmare. Every pickup request has not been picked up. I even spoke with the manager. He assured me this would be handled. After i spoke with him. 2 days my pick up was honored. However my pickup was not honored Monday or Tuesday. Back to back. I have called early. Asking to please let the carrier know there's a scheduled pickup. Still nothing. Called after i find out they came and didn't pickup. No one apologizes for the constant f#$@ up. Or acknowledge that this is problem. I have even been told to ask my apartment management to see if i could bring my packages to help. Thats something i considered. However, its not an option. Although i should not have to meet the carrier half way to do their job. If this is not resolved this time. I will be sending my letter. I have been documenting every call, email, name and timestamps. This is beyond disappointment. Im pissed! Also from the person saying if you call its a busy signal, its very true!! For a month i couldn't reach them. I had to make a complaint about it. Someone is taking the phone off the hook.

Hello I have had Mail never reach its destination in other states from my mailbox and recently see that our mail person hasn’t come in. Few days. The box keys have been there two days straight. I’m very unhappy

IM so tired of the crappy service in my association by these stupid morons, yesterday 6-8-18 the idiot shoved a clearly marked "Do Not Bend" package into a mailbox that was obviously too small for it to fit into by BENDING IT TO MAKE IT FIT, this has been a continuing problem with lost. misplaced delivered to the wrong address or shoving items like this into a mailbox too small for the package.

Our townhouse community has had so many problems with our mail carrier. He consistently loses the main mail box key, leaves it lying around, locks it in someones mailbox and plain just can't remember what he did with it. Our association has had to purchase new padlocks and keys a few times. This community has 82 residents and some receive checks. The ineptitude of this or these carriers needs to be reviewed.

COMPLAINT Today Wednesday May 31st 2017 the postman did not bring mail until 6 p.m. I had 7 pieces of out going mail in the box and he or she just put new mail on top and did not take the out going mail.

I just moved into an apartment and there isn't an outgoing mail box anywhere. I put a note inside of my mail box asking the mailman to please take my outgoing mail, and I spoke with the mailman one afternoon while he was delivering mail and asked him to please take it. There is no blue public mailbox ANYWHERE around here that I can see. U have even tried to call the post office as well and ALL I GET IS A BUSY SIGNAL! At all times during the day, morning, noon and before closing time! This is the worst post office I have ever had to deal with!

Asked for a 7 day mail hold crossing Thanksgiving. When I returned, I found the apartment style little mailbox overflowing with advertising circulars, etc. Mail was interspersed with these, so the mail hold did not take place. This is the third time that they did not act on the hold.

I just returned from dropping off a package. As usual the drop off bin was locked and a postal employee was unloading a package cart that she had supplies to restock the mailers. I did not bother her until I realized that a drop bin wasn't over at the stamp store so I went back to where she was. I was polite in interupting her where to drop my package. I found she was not as polite with me. It was like I was bothering her. This occurred about 11:00am Saturday, November 12, 2016 and there were lots of folks in line so they watched her with me. This is the second time your postal employees have shown less then good customer service. I get the impression they don't like customers asking questions. Maybe they need to know there are people out in the public that would love to have their job and will be happy and cordial to the public as we are their customers that keep the Post Office busy so they can have a job. Your post office is my neighborhood office but I will search out one further away if that is where I can find someone that enjoys helping customers. Very dissatisfied with this small post office. With the Christmas season coming fast and what we all just went through with the election a little kindness and a smile would go a long way. Not sure if I'm writing this for my own good or if those at the post office even care.

I waited 2.5 hours for a passport. I was told to call back that day with one piece of information. I called back Friday, Sat, Mon, Tues and today. Each time I called back I was told the person would call me back, I received a busy signal, I was hung up on or I waited 20+ minutes!!! The people who work there, whether in person and over the phone, are rude and all seem to be confused. I am so frustrated that I can't deliver information needed to process my passport application in a timely manner.

I manage a business on Sahara and have been trying to call this location for 3 days. I get nothing but a busy signal. -No voice recorder or anything. It's almost as if they just take the phone off the hook.
