Horrible service !! 3 weeks in a row you delivered my mail and left my out going mail in the box with the flag up !! How am I supposed to pay my bills o time if you nimrods can’t due your job and pick up the mail ??!!!
Disappointed that a sub. carrier turned around short of my box , disregarding the red outgoing mail flag up ! This was at 1:25 pm Friday May 15th, 2020. I know we were not expecting mail on this date but they need to pick up our outgoing mail !
Very disappointed on your delivery for Priority Express mail. I had sent an envelope from the state of MI on 12/23/19, it was shown to be delivered on 12/24/19, but, the office was closed. It was indicated by tracking that it would be delivered the next day and it has not. I have called the company twice for verification and the main customer service number with no update information on this delivery.
I have tried calling many times (your local office 505-346-1677) with no answer on the phone nor a voice mail message to leave. These are important documents and our business and the business that is supposed to receive them are not very happy at this moment.
