our address is 3401 e 30th St. Farmington. Postal Carrier insist on delivering our mail to a vacant building a 3505 E 30th st. We do not have a key to this cluster box and this issue has been going on for 2 years. Manager at the Farmington post office is unhelpful ion resolving our situation. Meanwhile or disabled participants have their medical information and checks going into space because the mail does not get returned to sender. We are trying to get a PO but are told we have to put it in someone's name. State employees change from time to time, people retire so whose name to we use?

5 weeks ago I closed mail box P.O. Box 553,Espanola, NM 87532 that was under the Garcia family. I had all mail routed to my address P.O. Box 955, Edgewood, NM, 87015 of the name of James and Yolanda Lucero. I called the Espanola USPS and was told the mail has been routed to AQ and gets routed to my address I have not seen any mail for 5 weeks and do know my parents have mail. I like to know why is it taking so long I have important mail coming to me.

What is happening to the mail for Rainsville, NM? We have relatives in Rainsville who haven't received mail in over 2 months since the fires. These are people who pay their bills via mail. Zip Code 87736

Got yelled at multiple times, they wouldn’t listen, they said our school has a PO box so go get the package from the box. I explained our school closed the box but she wouldn’t listen. Then another lovely lady came to check for my package after I begged her to and she argued with me that my 5 I wrote down for the shipping # was an s. she also wanted to argue again “don’t you guys come pick up your packages?” Indicating I should have gone to the First Lady who had already yelled at me and basically why am I bothering them. Then after this they said our package was with a “carrier” and gave me those phone numbers, didn’t even apologize.

Package has been sitting at distribution center since the 12th today is the 24th. Hasn't moved an inch by the tracker. No one can give me any answers. Why use the USPS if it takes weeks to get a package or even lost? Will not even answer phones so WTH? what gives? Is anyone doing their job nowadays?

Package has been sitting at the distribution center since the 10 of May per your online site. Today is the 24th. No updates given, no reason why. No one will answer the phones. Maybe the PO should just close down? They surely don't want to work.

I just left the 1135 Broadway post office and the woman who waited on me was horrible! She was an older woman with red hair. I came in with a pick up slip that belonged to my son. We had followed instructions, he signed the back and printed my name as person picking up for him. She would not accept the slip, stating my son needed to show his ID. I told her if he could be there to show ID, he would be picking up himself! I also advised her that there were no instructions for me to have his ID. She said he had to text picture of his ID then. I said fine, went to my vehicle, had him send picture of his ID. She then waits on me again and I said, shouldn’t that be part of the instructions on the form? She said I don’t make up the form and I said well neither do I but I followed the form and now I’m being told I need my sons ID. She looked at her co workers and said, she wants me to change a federal form! I said, no, I want her to follow the form, not make up stuff as she goes along! She was awful and should not be in customer service! Bottom line is, I followed the form, nowhere does it say to bring picture ID of person for whom you are picking up for! Please advise me if the form is correct or if this post office lady’s make up rules are correct? Thank you!

No one answering the phone for the 5 points office nor the main office. I have a carrier from hell whom is tossing my packages over my 6 foot fence. This weekend I was just feet away from the fence when she tossed a package over with no regard to its contents. I asked her why she would do this, she ignored me. I asked her several times and finally got a denial. I told her I witnessed it, then as she drove away she yelled, "F**K you"! You would think they would answer the phone to address these types of complaints. Maybe the media will help.

First of all, I find it deplorable that the mgmt where I live KNOWS how bad the mail crime is out here on the Northwest side of Albuquerque, yet they won't accept our packages from any of the delivery carriers to include USPS. Second, the mngr where I live has been caught at least THREE TIMES collecting our mail AND OPENING IT, and then putting it in a regular envelope and attacking it to our door clip. THIS IS ILLEGAL! IT IS A FELONY! I have contacted the Postal authorities about the matter, YET THEY DO NOTHING! WHY?? How has the individual NOT BEEN PROSECUTED and PUT IN JAIL? WHY IS THE POSTAL SERVICE ALLOWING US TO BE VIOLATED? Third, the mgmt where I live REFUSES to take any responsibility for communicating with the tenants that it is ILLEGAL to not return other tenants mail put in the wrong box, as they are either opening mail and reading the contents, (which is a HIPRA violation) and then they are throwing away other tenants mail. I had asked the mgmt to put notices out to the tenants to have common respect for their neighbors, yet I was told "Well, the tenants here are not the sharpest tools in the drawer, so it's a waste of our time." I have also contacted the Postmaster General's office about the problem, as I was promised that SHE called the PINO OFFICE Mngr telling him to put violation notice tags on the doors of the mailboxes, along with a written notice to be put in each of the tenants mailboxes. Wouldn't you know, it never got done. More than likely, the mgmt STOPPED the postal service from being able to do their job! As of this Thursday, I had received one of those orange notices that I had a parcel to pick up. The carrier happen to be delivering the mail, and said for me to sign it and she would bring it back on Friday at the same time (being around 6 pm). - *As I walked away, I noticed that the carrier flipped my orange notice AND DISCARDED IT! Well, I waited ALL DAY just in case she came early on yesterday, as she said she would call me when she arrived, yet SHE NEVER SHOWED UP! Basically, she went back top the post office AND STOLE MY PACKAGE! Mind you, THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME I have experienced NEGLIGENCE at the PINO OFFICE! It is known as THE WORST Post Office in All of Albuquerque, YET NOTHING gets done to remedy the unethical conduct and the AWFUL mgmt! The Pino Office has made living on the Northwest side of town a HORRIBLE experience!

Last evening I experienced trouble with the Kiosk at the Graceland location. I tried to purchase a stamp for .85 and used my debit card. Once I completed the transaction, a receipt came out that I had purchased postage for a package, and no postage stamp was given. I tried again, but had further issues. This afternoon I went into the PO and spoke to a young clerk and showed him the card I was trying to send, and told the amount of the stamp I needed. He then referred me to a Supervisor for further help. Well, the Supervisor Valerie, seemed irritated while I tried to explain the situation. And, also while she handled it. Then handed me firms and sent me to another clerk for a refund. While with the other clerk, I mentioned that she seemed irritated with me. And when the original clerk asked how she handled the situation with the kiosk, she said rudely in front of myself and the other customers, “that she didn’t understand what she was being told”, so that’s why I received the refund. I was shocked at the way Valerie, the Supervisor spoke about me and the situation. I told her that what she said “was unnecessary”. I understand that we all are experiencing stressful times, but the way I was treated, was rude and not customer friendly! I may not have understood what she was saying, but she never asked any further questions or tried to explain what might have happened. Other than there was no charge for .85 on the receipt. And it “showed” that I sent a package, “because of the tracking number”. All I knew was that when my debit card was cleared, I was unable to get the postage and a receipt for $8.49 was issued. Even if I had received the postage, it would have been for the wrong amount for a card. I hope that this is not an example of the way that Valerie as a Supervisor, handles every situation. Because if it is, then she shouldn’t be in that position.

I called the post office located at 900 Pinetree RD SE, Rio Rancho, NM 87124. After 5 calls and the phone rang a number of times and automatically hung up I got someone to answer on the 6 th try. I ask if my wife and I could come by and send off our passport application and renewal application. My wife is a newly naturalized citizen and wanted to get a U S Passport. I was told to come on in and they could help us. The lady we first approached didn't have a clue what was going on, could not explain anything so that it was understandable. Another lady attempted to answer questions and wan very little better. Finally a gentleman came out and attempted to help was of very little help. Plus they were very rude, and treated us like we were totally stupid. We finally took our paper work and left. If these people are going to be passport agents they need to know what they are doing (TRAINING) and treat the public with some respect. I will spend the money to go to the office in El Paso, TX where they know what is going on. This was a total wast of time and a lot of frustration on our part. Either train these people or remove their authority to do passports. Disgusted Citizen.

I had a simple question and called the Main Post Office here in Albuquerque at around 1:30 pm MST on 10/15/2019. No answer. Tried the USPS main phone line. No help at all. My mail is not being delivered to my apartment complex. We are supposed to be getting new mailboxes outside our building, yet NOTHING had happened. I have to go to the Alvarado Post Office to pick up my mail, but much of my mail has been returned to the senders. Why? Seriously folks? What happened to customer service? Fix these problems NOW.

May 21 Tuesday 2019 To Whom It May Concern, Today around 11:30 am at the post office on 2505 GRACELAND DR NE ALBUQUERQUE, NM 87110-9998, The service counter people displayed a level of ignorance and anger that was just stupid. I had an envelope with cards and when i asked to mail it, the counter person, a woman with long black hair, said it would have to be mailed package rate. That was a puzzlement because the day before i had mailed the same type envelope at the main post office for mail rate. I asked her why it had to be mailed package rate. Instead of answering my question she looked at me like i was stupid and repeated it had to be mailed package rate three times , then she handed it to a large male next to us and he did the same thing, his only skill was to repeat package rate, package rate, package rate. I asked for a supervisor because he was becoming angry. His responce was to tell the woman to leave and not provide me with service. He then left so I had no one to help me. What will you do to get these people some training In the future my business will be with FEDX

This post office has one of the rudest most hateful woman i have ever met. She Has the rudest adittude with just about every customer I've seen her interact with. After the 3rd time of being treated poorly by her, I asked her name and she refused to give it to me. I will edit this comment when i find out who this lady is. She is about late 40s and has slat and pepper hair. Heavy set.

The Espanola Delivery Service is horrible. The mailman never stops at my store to pick up the mail. At times I had to run to the road or follow the mail man down the street to get my mail. I have contacted the Espanola, New Mexico Office and they don't care to resolve my issue. In fact, they are so rude. I've had to drive to the post office myself to mail my letters. This unacceptable. Additionally, I have called the main office in Albuquerque, New Mexico to report my concerns. The main office never answers their telephone. Very poor customer service by the post offices.

There's been a problem with my mail delivery for the last two and a half months specifically the last two weeks Tuesday of last week and also yesterday( which was Tuesday), I've not received any mail my ads I have important mail coming in from the government Social Security and also for jury duty the carrier left a note on one of my pieces of mail last Tuesday indicating that my mailbox was being blocked by my trash barrels from the city they are 10 ft. or more away from my mailbox this has never been a problem before plus four weeks ago I was not getting my mail didn't receive any mail at all for three straight days. I will speak to a station manager today at my local station to rectify the situation considering seriously filing complaint also with my State Rep this is uncalled for.

Nice people, fine post office, BUT... Why list a phone number when no one - NO ONE - ever picks up the phone? In the nine years I've lived in Albuquerque, the few times I felt it necessary to call the Main P.O., NEVER has anyone picked up - and I let the phone ring and ring and ring and RING! until IT, the phone system, automatically hangs up - and there's no recording or given wait time - it's just ring, ring, ring until the caller is hung up on. Also, my mail's been stolen for the period of one month, and I reported this, in-person, TO the Main P.O. and was told it was my apartment complex's problem, not the P.O. - but apparently, the mail carrier(s) who deliver to 611 Lead Ave SW (The Alvarado Apartment Homes) aren't locking the door to the bank of post boxes in which my mail box resides - I found it wide open today! Nor has the P.O., whom I was told by the Postal Director (of Inspections), fixed the situation - and according to The Alvarado's Management, the Postal Service is responsible for fixing the broken (and often unlocked) mail bank doors. I'm now quite open, due to stolen mail, to identity theft - for other than a few junk mail pieces, I've received ZERO mail since the 4th of January - that's over a month! No awaited bills - nor a check sent me by my sister - nor anything but a few junk mail pieces have shown up - Needless to say, I'm not happy with the Main Post Office. RLL

Monday, November 20, 2017 We are a business at 5801-B McLeod Rd., NE / 87109 - Automated Control Systems, Inc. We have been having issues the last few weeks since our regular guy hasn't been delivering our mail. This seems to be a constant headache; a new carrier every few weeks. Today, just moments ago, the carrier drove into our parking lot, went to the suite next door and never came into our office at all. We have outgoing mail!! We are obviously two separate companies here. This needs to be addressed ASAP.
