I live in the 87110 zip code area, on Coe Drive N.E. I want to give a "high 5" to my letter carrier, a gentleman named Ray (I do not know his last name). He is excellent at his job, professional and friendly. If possible, tell him one of his "customers" is very pleased with the work he is doing.

Received voice message about claim form submitted. Phone number provided for return call asks for an access code! Tried multiple times. Tried 800 number and it was NOT helpful! It might be more helpful to respond via e-mail!

Hello. I sent a package from Romania to Mrs. Maria Jaramillo, based on the address provided by her and which address was verified by USPS. Tracking number is CO977352241RO. In the delivery status, following the tracking number, I see "Arrived at Post Office ALBUQUERQUE, NM, 87110 Feb 10, 2021, 3:49 pm ". As of this date, I have no update on the status of the order. I would like to know if the package has been delivered or picked up so far. Thank you

Carrier on route unprofessional and basis. On 4/26/19 requested an inquiry with the supervisor of this station. Bob reluctantly approached the counter with malevolent intent. When presenting concerns and issues, Bob presented obvious and total disregard. Bob the "supervisor" presented lack of interpersonal skills, these also include being presumptuous, and illustrations of being basis. Has no people skills, does not care to listen to issues of concern mostly objecting to all concerns being presented. It is of no surprise his carriers follow/mirror his skill set.
