I am a customer of premium mail forwarding I still have not received my mail that you said was mailed on the ninth you already missed three weeks I need a tracking number every week emailed to me you are costing me time money and energy if you’re not able to do the service you should not charge me the amount of money you did and you should drop the service from your menu
I was at the Wellington PO on 12/7/15 at 12:30 pm. I came in with multiple purchases, and a letter to mail, and I was on crutches after a recent operation. I waited patiently (i was #6 on line) and was happy when it was my turn, since it hurts to stand. The single employee reprimanded me for handing him a letter to mail, in addition to my purchases, because he was so busy. I asked him if he saw I was on crutches, and that I had waited without complaint, and that it would take him just a few seconds to put my letter away. He told me it would take him 45 seconds to bring the letter where it should go. He said I shouldn't come there anymore, no one should, because he had no help at all. I felt like telling him he should be grateful he had two working legs and a paying job. But there were all these people waiting behind me on line, who didn't deserve to hear me make a scene. So I quietly left. I thought i could talk to a supervisor, since this place is not handicap-friendly at all (Heavy doors), and no one answered the phone when I called. So---Ventnor Heights Post Office is like a ghost town, with customers waiting. Don't go there!
I have become very concerned for our mail is either being delayed to the point that our bills are arriving when they are past the due date or not arriving at all. I did not receive mail for two days this week.
