I am not happy. I've had complaints over and over again with them. I cannot get my mail delivered. my mailbox is on the side of the house. they stick mail under the carpet before the stops blow away. mail gets delivered elsewhere. I'm missing so much. please help

Pleasantville post office sucks dead bunnies through a straw. They ignored outer vacation stop dates and we cannot reach a human being there. There is a bright yellow USPS form properly filled out in our mailbox and these idiots continue to stuff mail in there. Now here we are on vacation on the phone with neighbors and filling out more forms. What a bunch of nimcompoops.

We were delivered a notice yesterday regarding our vacant residence. We have lived here since 2005. Why did we receive this notice? We have tried to contact your office several times. No one answers the phone!! What is going on? We need this notice corrected and our mail restored immediately!!

This only happens infrequently when there is a new carrier but it is very annoying. The mailman today left mail for several addresses @ one address & they had to deliver to 3 other addresses. It is not acceptable for my neighbors to see & filter through my mail & then deliver it.

I’ve been waiting for a package that should have been delivered days ago. I go to the website to track my package. It said my package was delivered on March 14th but I have not received my package. I have a camera doorbell with motion detector so I get a notification and video footage to my cell phone when someone walks near my door or rings my doorbell. A big part of the problem is that the carrier never rings nor knocks on our doors. They just dump the packages on the ground and take off. I checked all of the footage for the said delivery date which was Monday, March 14th. No one ever delivered any packages on that day. The tracking information said the package was left in or near my mailbox. When I checked my mailbox it was empty. I live alone therefore I am the only person with a key to my mailbox so either the mail carrier placed my package in the wrong mailbox or they decided to keep it for themself. This is not the first time that I have had this problem. I am extremely upset because now I have the headache and inconvenience of disputing this transaction with the company that I made my purchase from as well as with my bank. 🤬

I hate this post office I have not received a piece of mail for almost a month and a half and they can’t help me whatsoever I called the supervisor post office and they haven’t done anything for me The postmaster supervisor number just rings and rings and rings nobody picks it up it’s been two weeks I’ve been calling straight I don’t know what’s going on with these people but nobody wants to work I haven’t gotten none of my mail at all

Unbelivable experience with 2 ladies at he Pleasentville office. We came to apply for our baby's passport. Not only that they were NOT helpful at all, but the were rude. On a top of it they typed the wrong last name!!!! How is that possible, you have all the docs in front of you!!! We all have not the nest days sometimes, but this brings an extra headache, time and money out of my pocket!!! What if we had to travel a day after the passport was delivered!!! So mad!!!

Whoever the postal worker is for my street on Iowa avenue in EHT is completely LAZY!!! Multiple times they have not delivered packages to my home siting various reasons, all complete LIES!! This time they put : USPS tried to deliver your package USPS couldn't get to the front door, mailbox, or driveway, so please look for a note from them or contact them for the next steps. EVERYTHING is completely clear and accessible. They should have an option the postal worker can click that says how lazy they are and that’s the reason they won’t deliver packages. I have filed numerous complaints and spoke with someone not even a month ago and I guess they did absolutely NOTHING because this lazy postal worker is still doing this!!!

Three times in the last two weeks, residents of Delilah Oaks have received our mail after 7:30pm, including Friday, November 23 and Saturday November 24th. The other day we had a late delivery was Monday, November 19th. What is happening with our mail service? Some of us have spoken with our mail carrier, and she has taken an attitude with us. Sorry, but your carriers are not deserving of $51,000.00 a year to start.

was supposed to get a package today 8/23/18 for Pleasantville, tracking said it was out for delivery. so that means the carrier still has it and it is pass delivery time 7:09 p.m.....do your jobs or give it to someone more loyal to the cause. your getting more lack and slack these days!!!!!

What is a legit phone number to report mail carrier issues that we are experiencing for residents? I haven’t received mail since last Tuesday and the mail was being delivered on Saturday...this is outrageous!!!!

I have a package that was supposed to be delivered to my address. But we never got anything I think the post man on October 30 that delivered on bayview ave i think he took my package somewhere else or he scan the package and keep my package. I need to find out what's happening
