Had the same carrier for 20yrs, not a problem, ever,, the new carriers are worthless! I get my mail, I don't get my mail, my neighbor gets my mail, I get their mail, packages late, Don't even try calling them, they don't pick up, ever. I don't know where they get these peoples from and I'm afraid to know. I'm not a happy USPS customer.
No one answers the phone - I am trying to track a package (registered mail) . I was left a receipt at my home and went to the Colonia post office last Friday.
They could not locate the package, gave me a xerox copy and promised that the package would be delivered the next day.
So far no package. When I try to call no answer
What a shame - USPS needs to learn service from the provate sector. Sucks - not sure what to do next.
I went to the Colonia NJ post office today at approximately 5:45 pm to drop off a return item for Lord and Taylor. When I walked into the post office there were no employees in site. Several people walked in and dropped off mail etc. After waiting in line for five minutes a womens voice came from the back room saying "is anyone there"...I said Yes...She said "i will be right there" 10 minutes later she finally came to the desk and said "can I help you". I told her i wanted to drop off a return. Well she got very nasty and said I did not need her for that..i could just drop it off at the desk. I tried to explain i felt uncomfortable just dropping off my packages while other customers were walking in and out of the post office and there were not any employees there. She again...repeated herself in a nasty tone JUST LEAVE THEM AT THE DESK. I normally do not complain...but i have to let you know this women has a very nasty attitude. I would not be surprised if she throws my package in the garbage.
