My package has been here 2 months

How is this place so garbage? Do they hire literal dogs to walk packages around an office and answer phones by barking at them? To anyone who had the horrible luck of dealing with this burning turd of a post office: complain to any seller who deals with this crap hole and ask for a refund. Prime example of New Jersey being the azz of America.

My package has been at this dead PO for a week. WHY

Is someone stealing packages here at this location? Because my packages from Amazon and from another company have been “lost” while here.

Worst Post Office ever, delivered my whole buildings mail to my box last Tuesday and Wednesday. I have called every phone number available to me. Talked to 3 carriers, 2 different women at the Avenel Post Office, I communicated with the district office, still the mail sits in my box. I could do it myself but my neighbors to not care that I get all of their packages on my doorsteps. Packages from USPS, UPS, FEDEX, and Walmart. They know I am disabled and have trouble walking, and navigating steps, but they never send proper instructions to the carriers. So their mail sits.Forever for all I care.

My package has been sitting at your facility since April 6, 2022 at 7:35 pm, it is now May 10, 2022 making it a month since it arrived at your facility. It does not make since why you are not answering your phone nor why it is taking so long to ship my prescription package.

My package has been sitting at your facility since 18 April and hadn't moved. It's now 26th. Why haven't you delivered my package?

i have been waiting on my package since january 17th ! nobody is answering the phone and it’s been sitting at this location for over a week in a half! I want my package!!

They had my package from China delivered 20 days ago to this location. Supposed to come to philly. Phone numbers won't work WTF!

Here we go again with DHL and the USPS. Ordered from Texas, for some reason shipped to this location and now I have a message on my tracking page that says… “ missent” Great it looks like from reading these reviews that it was sent to the island of misplaced mail. Great job USPS! Make sure you thank Louie for the tremendous job he is doing.

I ordered an item on September 28th and it got lost in the mail by USPS at this location. I ordered it again on October 11th and the shipping partner, DHL, confirmed that it was given to this post office on October 19th at 12:14pm. I was supposed to receive this package on October 25th and still have not

I have been waiting for USPS to pick up an item for delivery. This does not indicate receipt by the USPS or the actual mailing date. Who is responsible for moving this along.?

I’ve had to re- order twice through Amazon because when my package lands here- in a few days Amazon messages me stating package must be lost. I’m waiting a week for my second package and today got the “package may be lost”message AGAIN!!! What is going on with this Post Office? Are there theives here stealing packages? Is the Amazon truck driver in on it!!! I’m calling USPS headquarters tomorrow and reporting this Avenel, NJ USPS so they can investigate!

I've lived here 27 years my whole life literally lol. I have never had a problem with nothin can't complain somebody gotta it y'all walk you ass in the freezing cold or blistering heat but you want your mail right away? Stupid to me dont judge nobody on how they do nothing you like or do there is Only ONE Authority ☝️🙏

My package has been sitting at the facility for several weeks I will personally travel to the facility to take my package as you are all sloppy at your job and should have been shut down ages ago.

My complaint is similar to all the others left here on reviews. Clearly nothing is being done about it and no one cares. I won’t waste time explaining the situation. However, if you are smart enough to look at reviews before it’s too late, then find another way to have your packaged delivered.

A package of mine that was suppose to be delivered on October 15th, has been sitting at your facility since then. I wonder how you all manage to keep your jobs, because your customer service is a -0. It's a good thing your job doesn't rely on the ability for you all to deliver a package on time, or you would all be fired.

The tracking number on my package lists it’s location at Avenel post office on dec 27th here it is Jan 2nd and it’s still there!!!!! what’s up!!!!!!!
