Postal Locations

This is about 4th times the postman who delivered mails and packages to 199 Freeman street send information stating that they delivered packages where as they did NOT DELIVERED any such package . And this is not right I. This happened three times before today. I am waiting for my diabetic glucose drink which was supposed to be delivered but was not delivered. Information was send to the sender and to my phone stating Delivered but was not delivered I am very disappointed I really need my diabetes glucose drink. Whoever doing stuff like that needs to STOP WE ORDERED ON LINE BECAUSE WE CANNOT GO OUT THERE TO SHOP. The person who delivered 6/19/2024 did not deliver any package or mails today they need to stop stealing peoples packages.Because this could mean life or death I really need my glucose drink . As a lawyer receiving mail, like Court Notices, on a timely basis is very important. I continually complain to the Woodbridge postmaster, which is directly across the street from our office, that our mail is delivered to other offices in the building and sometimes we never even receive mail for days. This is troubling for our practice, our clients and the Courts. We are working extra hard in an effort to assure our calendar is accurate but it is nearly impossible to try to track every date when not properly received in the mail. There isn’t enough time in the day to do the Postal Services job as well.

A piece of mail the "Daily Digest" said would be delivered July 17 has yet to arrive. No one answers at the 732-634-4985 number and the U.S.P.S. phone numbers ask questions I can't answer and hang up on me. I've filed several electronic requests about this missing mail and no one has answered.

The staff were very nice and helpful, but what Post Office doesn't have any stamps? I needed a book of stamps and I was told that they absolutely have none.

This post office is incompetent. My package was marked Woodbridge, 08830. The post office sent my package to Woodbridge, 07095. I went to 07095 after checking tracking number and the staff would not give me my package and is sending back to sender. I live in Iselin and is part of Woodbridge. If they were not incompetent, they could have verified my Street name in Iselin, 08830.

Appointment for passport

I dropped off mail going to Old Bridge, NJ for rental payment late morning of 2 February in mailbox inside the post office. Landlord sent an email that up to this date, 10 February, he has not received my mail. Old Bridge is not that far from Woodbridge. I wonder what happened to my mail. Nevertheless by looking at the comments below it seems that I'm just like one of them with the same complaint, our mails undelivered.

sent out mail on the 7th of January for insurance, cable bill and etc. I dropped in mail box inside of post office, I am getting messages from all vendors that I am late paying my bills. Please check to see where my outgoing mail is. Maybe no one is sorting?

mailed invitations only 1/2 the people in Woodbridge got them while Calif. and long island got theirs.also 3 invites went to 1 address and only 2 people got them. this happened to 2 different addresses. where are the others. these cost money for the invites and stamps and i don't have any extras. Woodbridge is getting worse every day the carriers don't care as long as they get paid. who's watching them.

For the past few months our mail.services are becoming increasingly worse. I have lost several veey important documents that I did confirm were mailed out to me. I also got mail in my mail box that belonged to my neighbors that were a few doors down. That is not the worst of it they were checks for thousands of dollars that were not sealed. I have since lost my health insurance and so have my small five year old son n my husband because I never received my renewal papers and again I did confirm were.mailed out and I now have to stand infront of my mail box because the mail carriers find it easier to just put everyone's mail into one mail box n leave it to us to distribute it as we see fit. I also witnessed when a.neighbor came to the mail carrier and gave him my check that he accidentally placed into my neighbors box wgich was a few.doors down. I can go on n on with all we have been experiencing and one gentleman that I spoke with when I called to complain. Spoke rudely and down to me as if I were exaggerating or making this all up. Really? I have a life you are just ruining it with the poor quality of service I am receiving from what I thought was aa very serious occupation....smh very disapointed

Ever since our regular mail carrier retired a few months ago, service here in the Almon Ave area has been terrible. Lost mail, mis-delivered mail, VERY late delivery. You need to be aware of the situation.
