I would like to place a POSITIVE comment. I live in the Mistwood Townhomes complex. Our postal carrier is a gem. She is here faithfully, day in and day out. She is cheerful, diligent, and patient. She has a full day's workload, but if I am at the mailboxes when she is there, she still gives me a kind word. Also, I have had excellent service at the Prairiewood Station. So "thank you" to my carrier and to the clerks at the counter at the station. I am sorry most persons making comments on this site are unhappy---I guess working for the Post Office is mostly thankless. Just one more thing----every one of their comments needs editing for proper grammar and mechanics. Maybe more time studying proper written English instead of complaining would benefit these dissatisfied customers.

Big FAIL! Mail sent to my son & 1625 33rd Ave S in Fargo continues to be returned to sender - birthday cards, letters, wedding invitations, etc. I have tried repeatedly to call the Prairiewood branch of the post office to find out why, but nobody answers the phone. I am calling 701-353-6048. Amazon trucks have no issue delivering to this address. What is the problem here? Please contact me ASAP.

I have had forward on my mail since January 1 2022. I have important tax information in the mail in January and have yet to receive it. The postal service is terrible. I cannot understand how mail is not forward. We monitor it by email just see what we are missing. Need a new plan next year. Have it delivered and use Fed ex.

We are so sick of getting the wrong mail, or not getting our mail at all even when it says “delivered to your mailbox”. Whoever is in charge of sorting and delivering to Estate Drive S in Fargo, really really really BAD service. FIX IT!!!!!!!

We are in AZ. We get "Informed Delivery" notices that mail is coming, but it stopped forwarding to AZ and we are here until April. We know mail is not coming here in a timely manner and it used to in 3-4 days. Why did it quit? Not happy. Missing our US Treasury Stimulus Check for $1,200 which we received Informed Delivery of.

The regular mailman delivers the mail pretty early...NLT 230 PM.' When he's not on the route we get our mail after 5 PM. AND some times 4-5 pieces of our mail is not ours. But neighbors mail. I do not think this should be allowed.

Really bad service, suppose to have package delivered today but not delivered due to no access they said. They have keys to access and could of buzzed my apartment, I was home all day. I actually think no one ever even stopped to deliver, unacceptable, get your employees to do there job.

We have had a postal worker delivering our mail recently that I would like to let you know about. I have never see a postal worker that is awful at delivering the mail house to house. It is an small African woman postal worker that seems to be very overwhelmed. Actually, I think she needs some one on one training to show her how it is done. She constantly drops the mail on the ground, goes back and forth to the same house she just delivered to because she missed getting the right mail to the correct house. She has delivered the wrong mail to our house. She is extremely slow. We usually get our mail around noon. Today is was 5:45. I cringed because I’m afraid I’m not getting all my mail. Please postal supervisor, get her some training!!!

This post office is useless. I had a single come in two packages meaning they were being delivered to the same exact address. The first one was delivered just fine and the second one was undeliverable with no explanation. I tried to call the post office literally 6 times to figure out what happened and no one answered the phone any of the times with no voicemail or option to contact them. What a terribly run office.

I have lived at my apartment for 13 years I have not received any mail or even any junk mail for the last 3 days What's going on!!! I'm expecting a few things in the mail and I never got the monthly coupons we get in our mail box each month!! Please contact me email to find out what is going on!! And yes prairiewood station in Fargo nd is the post office but they never ever answer there phone!!!

We live on 22nd Ave and 33rd street S Fargo and have not had mail service for over a week! I have hired snow removal services since the start of winter. We can’t help if the plow goes by before the mailman gets here! She can stir get to the box without having to get out of her seat. I am100% disabled and this is unacceptable! I will be filing a formal complaint.

I'm trying to reach Kristie at Prairiewood. It's 1:25pm and no one is answering your phone, and no voicemail. On a separate issue I purchased a USPS money order on July 3 and mailed it via USPS mail to Centurylink. They say they never received it. I went into the downtown post office on July 16 and they called the money order verification system to see if it had been cashed, but the system was down. They gave me the 800 number to call. I called on July 18, 19 and 20 and each time I get a message that the verification system is experiencing technical difficulties and to try again later. This is Friday, July 20 and Centurylink is set to cut off my internet on Monday due to lack of payment.

After filling out change of address forms we stopped getting any of our mail. I spoke to driver who asked if we were having trouble and I mentioned we hadn’t been receiving our mail. The driver was to look into it and I have not heard back from driver since. I called the customer service number and opened up a claim as everything in system is correct and we should be receiving our mail at the new address but are not. I was given a number of office that would deliver my mail for an update however they are not answering their phones. It is during business hours and it just rings until i get disconnected. Want my mail as I am sure there are bills that need to be paid and I’m not getting them!!!!

your service to our bldg (4948 47th street S) Boulder Ridge Apts is apalling...I never received my w2 forms and yesterday i was mailed another tenant's healthcare record...the deliverers NEVER use the outside lock boxes and i had a 75$ book stolen this christmas-would you please find/hire someone for our route that actually KNOWS HOW TO DELIVER THE MAIL??? thanks, sincerely, jcf.

Veg angry. Delivery lady will not buzz door to let me know she’s there and then leaves package. Package then get stolen. Has happened three time!!! USPS rep just shrugs and says they can’t do anything.

I had a package to be delivered on a Sunday. I checked the tracking after checking my mailbox that was empty. The tracking said "Carrier is unable to gain access to front door to deliver the package. Please contact carrier to resolve." And when I call and let the phone ring for two minutes straight, no one answers (I was hoping to at least get an answering machine). Called back a second time. Rang over two minutes, then all of a sudden get a disconnected tone. This is ridiculous as I was home at the time they supposedly was "unable to gain access to front door". These workers keep getting lazier and lazier. They are the absolute worst. For crying out loud, there was NOTHING blocking the door, and if there was, put a slip in my mailbox so I can pick the dang package up! Either way, what gives?!!?!?!?!?

This Saturday we were to put food out for the food pantry I had mine out plenty early right where he could see it, well the mailmen did not take my items there's a food shortage in our area I was very disappointed.

I had a friend mail me a cross necklace that my son forgot at her house and it was lost in the mail and my son is very upset!! The envelope was ripped half way and the necklace is gone! Please tell me how to make a claim to find to get people to look for this. Thank you!

Pathetic when the sub mailman can't read the correct address and sends your package back. So I tried calling the post office over and over to let them know the mistake. Which of course no one answers the phone. So then I print the enail off fornthe tracking and send my son to the post office. Which they think its sketchy That I send my son ( since I am at work ). The stupid lady says " it's up to the mail man to send it back, not us. But give us your Mom phone # and we will see if he will call her..... ARE YOU FREAKING SERIOUS !!!

Went to renew an expired passport yes you were busy but the guy doing the passport kept leaving the station to help with the line I understand that this may take longer but isn't that why you have a separate line it should take a hour to do four passports

Several pieces of my mail both business and personal have been delivered to the wrong address lately. And not even the consistent wrong address. You have a responsibility in your job. That used to mean something in this country. Do your job correctly. Sad to say but the mail service was better 40 years ago than it is today.

What's the point of having a phone number when no one answers it. It I haven't been receiving any of my personal mail to my apartment and just wanted to make sure that its not being sent a house with the exact same address. Which is confusing because all my mail has an Apt. number on it.

I was home all day and got a buzz through my apartment door system, I let the mail lady in and no one comes to my door. I go down to my mailbox, NO PACKAGE! Instead I get a "sorry we missed you" card in my mailbox!!!! SOOO frustrating! Why should I have to drive to them?? I was here! How lazy!! And of course you call the listed number and nothing happens, you can't reach anyone. A voice says it's a non working number.

Twice I have had to use a knife cut my package out of my post box because the delivery person out of Prairiewood crammed it in there when it very obviously didn't fit. Once, I was unable to even break the package down enough to get it out and had to wait two days for the delivery person to come back and get it out for me.

My mail is always going to another house or 2 on the next block. My bank sent me a new credit card because of the Target scam. I did not know. Embarassed @ the store, they said invalid, account closed.They are sending me a new one.

My package was shipped Dec. 2nd. Apparently it's at the Prairiewood Station but has been lost for the last month. I called a few times but nobody has been helpful. Still waiting on my package. Extremely disappointed. I guess it pays to use USPS or FedEx
