Just asking, not complaining. Are postal service drivers/delivery people supposed to be wearing Covid19 masks when delivering inside a store. I observed they were the only person inside a CVS (predominantly older and preexisting condition clientele) without a mask. 13th Ave. S. and 25th St. - Oct.1, approx. 12:20PM. Thank you for your time and consideration.

We have parcel boxes at our apartments and instead of using the parcel boxes out postman decided to try and cram a package into our regular mailbox. It was a book that was meant to be a Christmas present. The corners are ripped and torn because of the way it was jammed into the box. Thanks for that.

This has got to be the worst post office in the world. The people working here are extremely unhelpful. No one answers a phone call. If you go in to the office to ask questions they stare at you like a deer in the headlights. I have been waiting for a very important package to be delivered. Status says that it arrived at the Fargo Post Office 2 days ago. I am assuming it has been sitting at the Post Office for 2 days now since there is no updated tracking information. So I guess I just wait until they figure their sh...stuff out. So not impressed! If I miss the deadline for this package, clearly this will be my fault and they will take no ownership...

I have been waiting for a couple packages and very important letters for 3 days! Each day my tracking # states out for delivery both days not delivered with a message they tried which they did not!!! They haven’t been to any house in my neighborhood for DAYS! Why keep lying when I have wanted to pick these extremely important items up myself but they wait until they are closed to tell me this lie!! Now it’s Sunday and I am out of luck! I am planning to report this along with my entire neighborhood to the forum or whistle blowers hot line for complete desception!

This place is a joke. I sent a letter to someone in Joliet Illinois with a game in it. And I paid extra postage for it to be "non-machinable." Meaning that you don't run the letter through a machine. Well apparently that postage that I paid was wasted money. And someone did run it through the machine. And it ripped the letter. And they sent the letter anyway, with a big rip at the bottom of it. I had a game in the letter and the game came out through the hole. Either that or someone (most likely at the Fargo facility) ripped the letter open and stole the game. I am having the backtrack. But the post office are liars. Please someone return my game back to me! You thieves!

There is no clear simply method to contact someone there by telephone. Each phone number have tried connected to an automated service with no connection to a human, a consistent busy signal, or a phone which consistently rings with no answer.

I mailed a pkg on June 18, 2015 from Parkers Prairie Post Office, First Class, Manilla envelope 10 x 15 to a residence in Fargo. Tracking said it was delivered on June 20th at 3:32 p.m. Party living there was expecting it and it didn't come. No one seems to be concerned about where it is since it was scanned by carrier as having delivered it. Come on, somebody....check into this. No help at all except for Postmaster at Parkers Prairie who reported it to Fargo. I can't reach anyone by phone at Fargo PO. Frustrating!!

It is virtually impossible to speak with a live person at the the Fargo 2nd Ave location when attempting to get some answers by phone. What a complete joke. Doesn't anyone actually answer the phone anymore? Stupid automated worthless systems. They don't even have a voice mail.
