I had the best experience at the Hville PO in the Passport Department! Sharon Edwards is the employee that made my day! We had a great time processing my passport application! It was a pleasant experience thanks to Sharon! She makes a difference on a daily basis and I so appreciate her!! Thanks Sharon! You are the best and I appreciate you!!❤️
Horrible Horrible service! I’d give negative 10 if I could. You pay a lot of money for them to lose your priority mail with insurance and they don’t even pay for the lost item that is insured.
I avoid using the postal system at all cost. Everything about them is BAD.
Poor service completely.had mail arrive at t he post office six days ago and now the seventh day and it doesn't get delivered again today.
Priority mail means nothing to them
My mail is being put in other residents mail boxes (important mail like check orders and correspondence from social security) plus I am missing checks ordered from my bank. Mail people cannot even read the correct addresses and apartment numbers ! Post Office is hurting customers and causing us problems ! Fix it !
Hello, I live in Champion Hills and unfortunately our last mail carrier has retired ( she was perfect!)but on the bright side we now have Taylor. Such a polite and energetic young man who we love having around. I’m hoping that he becomes our permanent mail carrier.
Thanks for taking our comments!
Tis the season so watch for your pac
I live directly off 64E and a large box saying Dover Saddlery with about $300 worth of stuff in it was propped up below are mailboxes last Friday. Thankfully a neighbor grabbed it and brought it to the house. My neighbor should not have to do the mail carriers job. I tried to call the Annex but it just rings and rings and eventually disconnects you. I wish Amazon would offer mail services!
Well they couldn’t deliver my monthly subscription box this month but they managed last month. I can’t contact anyone because the number is DISCONNECTED. This has been an unnecessary nightmare. People need to be able to contact a human about their packages people spent money on. The USPS website is a joke as it’s the least helpful website in existence. So I’m missing a package and can’t contact anyone about it.
Stephanie, who works in the passport office in the mall, is a miserable human being! She was rude and condescending. She acted like she was so much smarter than me. She asked if I would be traveling with my husband. When I had more than a yes or no, she said "I don't care." My birth certificate wasn't a certified copy. How was I supposed to know that? She needs to work in an office all alone. Dealing with people isn't her calling.
Pull up to the box, open the door, check for outgoing mail, insert incoming mail, close door, repeat. The process can't be any simpler yet somehow our carrier sees that little red flag that indicates we have outgoing mail and that translates into him/her not only NOT removing the mail, but skipping our mailbox entirely.
Poor service. Tracking number said there was no access to deliver my package. Funny thing is we have cameras and the mail person NEVER SHOWED UP. Now I'm no rocket scientist but im pretty sure you have to actually visit a place to see if it's open or not. It says they will deliver the next day so then the carrier came with no package and left again and didn't even take regular mail. Seems odd. No answer at the joke of an answering service either. There should be NO BAILOUT for mismanagement.
Four days with no mail picked up or delivered, yet my neighbors are still getting normal service???
I called the Customer Care phone...nothing but 5 minutes worth of recorded excuses. Never talked to a live person...guess they are asleep or on break? Do this...do that...we'll consider elevating your problem???
Heard enough excuses...typical Feds...
My mailed has not been put in my Box. I have correspondence sent three times that I didn’t receive. Contacted the post office and receive no assistance. Tried to contact the Post Master and was unsuccessful. Please have the Post Master contact me there is a serious problem with the post office. I spoke with someone that said my mail was laying around somewhere and would check and see. This is a error that should be looked into. My mail was tracked to the H’ville Post Office (Blueridge Mall) The sender has the dates the mail was sent out. Twice in May. It is now July. I appreciate if the problem will be corrected ASP. Thank You.
Two days we have been home— all sorts of mail and packages shoved into mailbox. Then we get a note from carrier:
Yesterday- sorry we missed you— the person never came to house!
Today- I left his USPS delivery slip in our mailbox with a handwritten note— package which had been lost by Usps — was to be delivered to garage. Now the slip was left there and we were told to pick it up at the annex— I am AT RISK for COVID AND SHOULD NOT BE REQUIRED GO TO ANNEX BECAUSE THE CARRIER DID NOT LIKE THE INSTRUCTION OPTION I CHOSE ON THE OFFICIAL USPS DELIVERY SLIP!! Speak about discriminating against those at risk—
We have not received three issues of the weekly magazine The Week these past three weeks. This is a news magazine that has always arrived on Saturday, or, at the latest, Monday. I have contacted the magazine and they confirm my print issues were sent to my address. They tell me that others are making similar complaints. Please check into this.
Is there a post office slowdown going on? For the second time this week, my mail was delivered but mail in the box was not picked up. I fully realize that this is absentee voting season, and I am wondering if politics have entered mail delivery, especially with the outrageous behavior of the entire postal system nationally under recent poor (and partisan) leadership. I do some eBay selling, and I am punished by eBay when mail is not picked up and entered into the system in a timely manner. Puzzled.
Why isn’t the outside mailbox a drive-up so you don’t have yo get out of your car during a rainy deluge??? It’s absolutely useless where it is presently!
Where is my mail. I have premium forwarding from Hilton Head Island, SC. I got an e-mail that mail for the week thru 8/12 had been sent last Wednesday - I don't have my mail but the UPS keeps billing my credit card for this service. Please response or better yet - deliver my mail. 8/17/2020
This office, located inside the mall, does not have a phone number. If you need to speak to someone there you have to physically go there. Now, that is only really useful for folks with a 28793 area code or if they have a P.O. box. If you need to schedule a passport meeting, you have to do it online. If you have any other issues with mail or packages, don't bother going to this location, go straight to the post office annex behind the Sams Club and Walmart.
Your new office in the Blue Ridge Mall is not client {customer} friendly. There is no postal box that is accessible by car, without getting out of the car. There is plenty of room to place one in the plaza area. There is no kiosk in the lobby to buy stamps and mail letters and packages. The walk from the parking lots front and back, to the front desk is unreasonably long to access the front desk. I did not have a zip code I needed and the postal employee indicated I could not mail a package,,..,could he have not looked it up? I have spoken to others, and there are others who have expressed the same feelings. I am not interested in helping the mall be more successful, that is their problem.
I am finding impossible to get through on 698-1299 on multiple days. No one answers the phone, multiple days. I even went to the post office, knocked on the door for passports and was not acknowledged even though someone was in the office. Please either respond by email or phone (828) 989-9962. I need to make an appointment to renew my passport Thanks.
