I am complaining about our post man/person and their nasty attitude. We moved here almost a year ago to help take care of this man that owned this place and my mother n law, and he told us to put 660 as the address in which we did as he said. But he passed away in June and my mother n law passed away in July, and the guy that inherited this place said that we have to start putting 638 on our mail, which I kinda understand but not totally because there is only 1 mailbox with 660 on it but it's at the end of the driveway of 638 but 660 is part of the same property, as always has been but now all of a sudden our post person has a problem with it and left me a rude note saying that this is the last time that any mail or packages will be left for 638 unless we put up another mailbox. Why can't they just keep doing like they have for so many years past. I am disabled and can't afford to buy a new mailbox let alone put one up, what's he going to do, keep all of my mail from being delivered and me not receive my bills and get behind on everything or shut off, I don't mind if they are going to pay my bills for me and if that's not the case, then they need to deliver my mail as always without change. I will have someone to add 638 to the box since I get the mail for both places anyway.

I continue to have problems with my mail(that doesn't fit in mailbox) being left at the double garage door. I have a covered porch at the front door but, the carrier doesn't take the short walk up the sidewalk to the protected front entrance of my house but, leaves it unprotected at the driveway against entrance door. Once in a while I do receive mail with packages on the covered front entrance. Today 10/7/2021 Pouring rain for 2 days the carrier left my mail and packages to get soaking wet at garage entrance again. One cardboard box and other mail--SOAKED. FRUSTRATING The East Flat Rock Post Office does not answer the phone which I've tried multiple times ....different days

This location is the best Post Office I have ever dealt with. Theresa was extremely helpful. Her customer service was excellent and she went above and beyond to help me. Thank you, Theresa!

Last Saturday, January 25, 2020, we had to deliver mail, one piece of which was a passport in Priority Mail, to two other neighbors. It happens on Saturdays almost without exception, and almost every Saturday. There's no problem with weekday delivery. I complained to the postmaster about this some time ago and was told in essence that that was how things were. I then complained to the federal complaint facility and got a concerned response from them, after which some action was taken to try and correct the situation. At that point the local headmaster asked that I contact them first if there was a problem, as if I hadn't already done so. I am going to talk with the local headmaster again, but if there is no change or if she dismisses my complaint as cavalierly as before, I will go higher. I am speaking only for myself, but I am not the only neighbor who has a problem with our mail delivery on Saturdays.
