Postal Locations

I have a 15 yr old driving me crazy because tracking said his computer was out for delivery on Sat. 1st it said between 2:30 & 3:30 then it changed to by 8. Then it changed to ready for pick up. He paid e travel for priority shipping, he feels like anything but a priority. Way to go Flat Rock, NC post office. All you had to do deliver the dam package as paid for, on time. Now its Sunday, Tomorrow is a holiday and he will have to wait till Tuesday. That's dam near a week from when it was shipped PRIORITY. I hope someone loses their job because they were to dam lazy to do it. If someone gets this and will call me I will go pick it up. 828-458-6537 thank you

This is a delightful post office to visit. Even if there's a line, they move quickly through it. Usually there's no more than a few minute wait if that. They're always friendly and have a good selection of mailing products to purchase and for free. Every time I've had a question, they've either had the answer or gone and called someone who did. They're open to 4:30 but they do close for lunch, I think between 1:30 and 2:30. Though they're open on Saturdays, it's only from 10-12. But at least it's open on Saturday!

Sonya, is an outstanding employee for the postal service. She was extremely efficient in tracking down a lost piece of certified and registered mail and getting the critical mail to its location in a timely manner. She was very customer oriented and polite. The entire staff at Flat Rock, N.C. should be commended for the outstanding service they provide.
