The mail service is unreliable. I have had mail posted on my daily informed delivery posting from the USPS. Mail has not been delivered to my address in the past two days. I have important documents that I am supposed to sign for but can not because the delivery person does not come. I have a job to and can not be home in time to sign for this letter. When I fill out the date and time that I am here they still do not show up. Your POST MASTER needs to tend to his or her delivery crew.

I am the Director of the Currituck North Carolina SPCA and a member of the Humane Society and the American SPCA. Your postal worker delivered mail to 110 Bella Vista Dr. in Edenton on Saturday and made the bad mistake of spraying my granddaughters dog in the face with pepper spray from inside the truck. The dog was in his yard the postal worker was in the truck. I plan on making a formal complaint. My phone number is 7576215846 there have been lawsuits all over the country for this kind of behavior. I understand Using this toxic substance to animals and people when their life is threatened. Not when they're sitting behind the wheel of a truck.
