During this COVID season with the limited supply and high prices. I have ordered things for my parents and had them shipped to their PO Box, from Walmart. Today (06/21/2023) the worker informed my father that they need to have like these shipped to their home. I AM VERY UPSET, is this how you speak to your box holders, does she not have a job to do? I live out of town however if this happens again, I will be calling all Post Masters and filing a complaint to a higher person . Please address this workers behavior and i would like her to apologize to my father. The Total disrespect to your customer is unacceptable.
