Postal Locations

I received tracking email that my package was left in my mailbox. One thing a dog carrier will not fit there, and second, I did not receive the package. I have emailed the store I bought it from. Please advise.

why leave pkgs at the garage door.I cant see it when backing out.Therefore i back over it.Leave pkgs at front door please.6/20/21

My package sat at SouthHaven for 18 days and now went to Memphis and has been there for 3 days so far. Glad it’s not life saving medicine. The postal service has really went down hill.

A package from amazon went to the Southaven, MS facility and sat there for a week. Now a package from jtv went to this facility 3 days ago. All tracking information (in both instances) stops at Southaven and this package is probably going to be late too. What is going on over there? I’ve been shopping online for over two decades, and a facility has never caught my attention before this month. This is two different packages from two different vendors in the same month.

I work for the Postal Service in TN. Yes there are lazy workers, but the way the Postal Service is managed is a freaking joke. Most of us (carriers) believe that the upper management wants the Postal Service to fail for some reason (Not being sarcastic, we have really concluded this) because of how poorly it is operated. I don't even work at this office, I also have a package that has been sitting there since Feb 25th, and I think it's sad that customers are suffering for the stupidity of the upper management that has never even done a carrier, or clerk's job a day in their life.

awful services from usps! i had to open an investigation because my packages were sitting in their facility for 5 days... and now its happening again! i have a package that's been there for 4 days and i live 20 mins away.. like this is insane and all due to lazy workers!

in the 50 states, mail has been delieved yesterday and today, but not parts of North Ms, when are we going to get mail?

Please think of adding uniforms, all postal employees should be recognized. We have seen plain clothes young kids deliver our mail lately. They seem to be on the phone all the time and have mixed mail up at least 2 to 3 times. Please think of somehow being recognized.

I was expecting a package last Saturday, July 21 and was home all day waiting for it. The post office stated there was no one home and they took the package back to the post office. There is no earthly reason they could not have left that package on my front porch. They did not stop to leave the package because I saw them drive-by. They were too lazy to put the package on their truck and now I have to go Pick up my package

We are in our 24th year in business. Our hours are 10 am to 6 pm. If the mail carrier comes before 10, I have told them over and over, leave packages with one of my store neighbors. They are here earlier and then they don't have to take the package back to shop and reload the next day.....if they even do that. It's common sense! must have had a temp today, because they did not leave my package and came before 10 a.m. Please train employees better.

This is the fourth place I’ve lived and the only place where I continue to experience issues with the USPS. We have voiced our concerns previously about boxes being left behind the garage. Today rain is in the forecast but a box was left there anyway instead of putting it on the front porch by the door. Additionally, it is very easy to not see a package and back over it. I do not understand why this continues to be an issue.

Have not received mail in Southern Pines (I live on Southern Pine Drive) since Wednesday. This was posted on our neighborhood Facebook Page: I kind of wonder about our mail carrier right now anyway. I got notification on an ebay item that was supposed to be delivered. It says in tracking that a delivery was attempted and a note was left for me. But no car tracks or foot tracks have been by our mailbox for at least two days during the storm and my flag is still up from outgoing mail. AND no we don't have mailbox blocked either. I have a friend who is a postal worker in Memphis and yes, they are supposed to attempt delivery down here, so....

Just got passed by a mail carrier on Rasco Road texting. Just about hit me. Please have your drivers stop texting while driving. Last 3 numbers on truck were 758.

I haven't had mail delivered in 5 days!!! Not even junk mail. Either someone has put my mail on hold or the carrier is stealing it. I just submitted a federal complaint after this past week of no mail and three amazon packages marked delivered to front door but never showed up. I have a security camera at my front door. I have never had anything delivered and she drives right past my mailbox every day!!! Wth????

I've had outgoing mail in the mailbox since 4/24/17. It is now 5/1/17 and it has not been picked up yet. Please have someone pick up our out-going mail. Thank you

I've called multiple times when I never got packages to no avail. Yesterday I had an outgoing letter with stamp address and return address with flag up. 2. Hours later she came put mail in left letter and put flag down. This is a common occurrence. Guess I'm going to have to drop my own mail off cause if a bill is late because not picked up going to be big issue. Must hire anyone with drivers license. Also if it doesn't fit in mailbox and actually comes to house if regular mail driver I hear it hit front door from street just throws from mail car. The person who delivers that isn't in mail car is always on time and doesn't throw at door

Who is the mailman in Southaven near Church Rd,I never see them omg!!! Then if you get something delivery he always put an pink slip I'm the mailbox dang he not getting out to know or anything its sad..He or she need reported.

It is amazing I get stuff I ordered on line gets to the damn post office on time but then i never receive my stuff on time my crap was supposed to be here when mail got delivered TODAY my mail is already here............ were is my package yall cant forward mail like it shpould be and you can get stuff delivered on time i know about delivering stuff i do it for a living and am never late whay are you all always late

I know, the post office is open on Saturdays. I repair computers so its important that i get my orders on time. Whomever has the weekend route wont deliver my mail on Saturdays. Theres nothing worse than explaning to my customer im sorry the parts were not delivered as expected. Maybe, monday they will show up. Anytime my regular worker is out for whatever reason i dont get my mail at all.

How often do you receive your neighbor's mail? It happens to me probably once a month. Is my mailman lazy or lacks attention to detail?
