I don't know the name of the current carrier, vut I want to complain. Everyday she speeds through my neighborhood, runs stops signs has on a few occasions left my box opened and my mail has gotten wet/damaged. We still receive mail for people that don't live here.

The USPS, IMO, is a useless Government agency now. Packages don't get delivered, and now, I have been waiting for a package to arrive that the tracking says its been at Horn Lake Post Office since April 12, 2022. Today is May 11, 2022. So, it's been sitting at the PO for a Month, and hasn't been delivered?

I am so upset with the usps! Had a package due on a 3 day trip it is live animals and very perishable. They have sent it to 3 different WRONG facilities and I have yet to receive it. The parcel is currently at the WRONG facility again

For just over 6 years, absolutely awesome delivery. Then the carrier retired and it's gone to hell ever since. It's so inconsistent. They either don't pick up or don't deliver, or - it's always something. Why would it take 8 days for a letter to be delivered to a town five miles away? I could have driven it there myself in twenty minutes. It's caused me a lot of problems & I'm not happy about it!

I mailed a brown package on 02/22/18 through this post office and the recipient never received the letter which should have been received 02/27/18 It is a shame that a person has to put insurance on almost everything shipped through the post office to insure that your mail gets where it needs to go. They make enough money why steal from innocent citizens.

Our mail and packages often always in our neighbor mailbox and their mail would be in ours. I would have missing letters that are actually important to us. The delivery man is very irresponsible!!!

I hate the delivery man, I do not get a lot of my packages or they are smashed, stepped on, broken to pieces or totally missing because of holes torn in packages. I would not know some packages were miss delivered if not for tracking numbers. I cannot get a refund for packages that are scanned as delivered.:/ HATE USPS and I would not use them as a carrier

The mail carrier for this area, older lady doesn't deliver the mail if an apartment number isn't on the mail. I haven't received a cable bill since I moved over here and att has confirmed that they have mailed out a statement every month or so. Also my neighbor will have a package that says do not bend but when she opens her mail box the documents are folded and stuffed inside the box. Unacceptable.
