Too many postal carriers (not all) are flying by these mailboxes (I live on Acacia Dr in Whitehaven) like they are in the Indy 500. What's the rush? As a result, I get somebody else's mail once every week or two. I have personally delivered their mail if they are nearby. However, I stopped because I do not want to be viewed as tampering with someone's mail. I place it now in my mailbox with the red flag up, but it usually stays there. I need a supervisor to talk to these employees about rushing and delivering the wrong mail again and again. Thank you.

I have been trying to track down a package that was delivered on the 22 April 2021 at 2:10. at 730 Dellrose Dr. I haven’t received the package yet. Today the 30th day of March I put mail in my box with the flag up and for the THIRD time in (2)months my mail was not picked up so I wonder if there is a PROBLEMor if the carrier does not want to do her JOB!!!!

Edna Walker I placed Mail in my mailbox with the red flag up Thursday, 6/23/2020, and it is still there with the flag up today, 6/30/2020. The mail carrier never let the flag down, therefore, I have to check the mailbox to see if the mail has been picked up. I don't know what is the problem. I am one of Jehovah"s Witnesses. Due to Covid -19 our ministry is legally carried out by letter writing. I hope that you can find out what is happening. Thank you.

I called this morning at 8:35 am I spoke to a rude postal worker named Carson at the Whitehaven location I called the 9013451851 number and he put me on hold for 8minutes .33 seconds according to phone an was rude upon my request for tracking my undelivered paid for mail. Mr.Carson at first didn't listen to me without cutting me off explaining the situation of the missing packages but also was negative and wouldn't give me his name so I had my wife call back and ask him so I could report this behavior
