I am disappointed with the services of the usps. I have missed my medication for 2weeks; because it was sent to 3830 Austin peay. My address is 3830 Egypt central. I truly hope this is not a regular occurance.

Phyllis Burton - Field Sales Representative - Mailing/Shipping Specialist Memphis, TN I am writing to compliment a USPS employee, Phyllis Burton. Phyllis called and made an appointment to come in and talk with us regarding our postal needs. She was so extremely helpful and detailed. We have had several large mail outs that were hard to determine the correct postage for. We took them to the local post office and many were still returned to us. Phyllis went through the process with us and explained the differences with letters and packages. She left helpful information and said she would be glad to come out and help with any large mail outs that we have in the future. Wow, what a rock star. Phyllis is such a professional ambassador for USPS! We love Phyllis!
