Poor customer service. They have lost mail, returned mail to sender without explanation, and marked mail as ‘delivered’ when it was NOT (verified by camera and homeowner home at time)…. When cases are filed they dismiss them right away and do not attempt to even locate packages or investigate why a carrier would scan a package as delivered but not actually deliver it. Keli Mitchell was very unprofessional and unhelpful. Disappointed that the postal service has gone so downhill and is no longer reliable.

The shorter lady with short brown hair is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL - Actually both of the ladies at the front desk are. The moment I asked her for my mail she started snapping at me. When she could not locate my package, I tried explaining my situation to her. Instead, she became very defensive and would not let me speak and repeatedly told me I was wrong while shaking her head, rolling her eyes, giving off very rude facial expressions, and even laughing at me. There were others behind me who made the comment she was rude and UNPROFESSIONAL! I DO NOT LIKE DEALING WITH HER AND I WISH SHE WOULD BE REMOVED FROM THE POST OFFICE ALTOGETHER!

The brunette lady is rude and very unhelpful. I've had mail lost, stolen and just not delivered. I have informed delivery and I know when something is suppose to come and when Sometimes they put the previous days mail in the box the day after or even 2 days after. They change delivery times so much small business owners have to find other option to get their supplies delivered. And its frustrating.

I've lived at the same address for 8 years and all of a sudden you can't find my address! Where is my package? It's showing delivered but it's not at my house. Whoever yall got running routes yall need to inform them that they are handling people personal private mail. This makes no sense.

I can't understand why I can't get my package. First I'm told they couldn't deliver for some strange reason. Then the next day...still no package or even a reason. I've lived here for years and never had this problem

Need to speak with someone regarding a package that shows they could not deliver - not sure why as there is a mailbox and a building on our land. Nevertheless, when I try to call the phone is busy. Can someone please deliver my package?

PURVIS, MS POST OFFICE 5851 Us Highway 11, Purvis, MS 39475 RE: Mr. Bill Mr. Bill is a very nice man, patient, genuine, excellent listener, understanding and very helpful. If you only knew how much he helped me with an undeliverable package coming from a third party of AMAZON. Let me count the ways. The package/product was about to be delivered to the wrong address due to my incompetence; my mistake---wrong address! This was an urgent, excruciating, stressful time, situation for me. I was calling from one thousand miles away--and the conversation with Mr. Bill was just calming, laid-back with professionalism. Would you kindly let Mr. Bill know how much I appreciate him! I won't forget you Mr. Bill..... Thank You So Very Much! You are GOD sent. Sincerely, Marra

Have two different issues I need to discuss with Postmaster... however, several different days and multiple attempts… phone is always busy. I have 11 mail boxes I need to discuss moving with carrier... and I have over ten returned letters from an address that I know is accurate and need to know why...

The problem, Mr. Broom, is post office employees need more holidays that we working stiffs don't get. UPS and FedX are grateful to USPS for demanding and getting these holidays because it opened the door for them to flourish, getting business they otherwise would not.get. Bible Belt states are grateful to UAW, Thanks to UAW we rednecks have good jobs with new auto plants that we otherwise wouldn't have. A silver lining in every dark cloud.
