Y’all are the f***** worst. Sad piece of shi** of a mailing service. The one is Hattiesburg is all f***** up and the mailman always drop sh** on the ground that I had to find for myself. And I still haven’t got my package that was on the delivery truck THAT CAME by my apt and still didn’t get it. You guys are the absolute worst mailing service to date. F*** you. I have a complaint about sending my mail back to Post Office!! It says on tracking " Sent to Post Office at customer request!!! I was waiting on that package!!! I never even saw Mail truck!!! I am very much unsatisfied.. This is not the first time either...

Rude people here!!! I had lost my mail for over a month and they didn't even try to find it. They don't ever answer the phone. This post office has went to the dogs.

Every time I order something and it comes threw them it's always an problem,either lost or took to someone else address and they forever with an attitude like it's your fault

I am unhappy. One week ago I bought a saxophone mouthpiece (a relatively small package) for a gig next week. It arrived to this location via USPS three days ago. The status of my package has not changed and when trying to call in and ask about it- I was on the line for 4 minutes THREE TIMES IN A ROW before it defaulted to a busy tone. This is unacceptable and needs to be addressed. I was told my package would be delivered yesterday, but it hasn't even been accepted at this location- which the other post office in town told me that meant it hasn't been checked in FOR THREE DAYS so it can make it's way to me. I will definitely not be using USPS in the future.
