On 2/20/24 I mailed a package to Boca Raton FL (insured) from the Barnhart MO post office. It reached the St Louis Distribution CTR on 2/21/24 & the expected delivery date was 2/23/24. It was not delivered on 2/23. In fact it was lost in St Louis for nearly 3 weeks!!!!! I received notice on 3/11/24 that it went to Los Angeles CA. WHY?!!! This is absolutely unacceptable. The company I'm sending this to will not stop service until they receive their device back. USPS is costing me money every day this is delayed. Totally unacceptable. Are you going to refund me for my loss? Will you even refund the shipping cost? I doubt it. In your commercials you brag on how great your service is. You need to spend less money on false advertisement & more on training the employees. I wish I could give less than no stars. I had to select at least one star to get review to go thru

The address for my package was wrong and I didn’t notice it until the last moment. When I noticed this Mistake, I left a note on my mailbox, saying that the package for(my name) goes in 5907 A not 5907. It’s been a couple days now and I still do not have my package in my correct mailbox. I can’t even ask my neighbor to open the mailbox because nobody lives there. I talk to the property manager and she said she would talk to the person who delivers the mail and tell them but they haven’t been here. This is really frustrating.

I live at 3131 Iowa Ave # 302 and in the last month and a half i have 1 out going peace of mail and two incoming peaces of mail come up missing. one of the incoming is a controlled substance for me from the V. A. hospital on Grand Blolivard the other is a purches i made over the inter net valued at $122.00. the out going mail has a value of almost $100.00. my follow up with the different parties involved say the have arrived other than the out going mail, they say it has not arrived as of yet. can you explain what is going on and were mt mail is?

I am in the parking lot for the Post Office Branch in Des Peres a couple times a day and would like to complain about the four of five employees that park in the customer parking area EVERY day. These are at least a white Chevrolet Impala, a large white Mercedes SUV, a black VW Passat and a small white transit van. The transit van is painted with an advertisement for the employee's real estate business. The post office is adjacent to a public lot and some employees use the public lot however some employees feel that it would be closer for them to take customer parking places. With the upcoming holiday season this situation is inexcusable. To force customers to walk from the public lot because the customer lot is used by employees is inappropriate.

We received mail for 30 other households in our package of mail forwarded from the St Clair MO post office. My call to them was disconnected and no answer on following call. It's Saturday and can't get info on how to handle this

There should be more then one person working at our post office. Just came in and 10 people waiting and no one to be found for over 10 minutes. That's unacceptable

We live on Central Avenue in Clayton, MO. Last mail delivery was Friday, February 12. I called the postmistress this morning and was informed that our mail person has been out sick and she would “try” to get us “some” mail tomorrow. I can imagine the pile that is building up. This is poor management; why not alternate neighborhoods to keep a flow going? Anyway, please HELP!

My husband and I live in rural Southern Illinois near Murphysboro, Illinois. We are seeking help to prevent a lady from going into our mailbox and writing "Moved--Return to sender". Isn't it against the law to remove/tamper with any mail in our personal mailbox?? What can we do to prevent this. Plus she is trying to change her address to ours permanently???

Couldn’t be bothered to walk an already late priority box to an apartment due to all delivery boxes being full on Christmas Eve. Seriously what is wrong with the USPS?

I sent 3 boxes there on the Dec 11 cost me $70.00 per box it's the 24 of Dec and my children still haven't received there boxes that's a shame I saved all year so I could get my Grand children stuff there on time please get the mail out

I've complained before about the Herculaneum branch, and things improved for a while; but nondelivery is happening again. A few days ago, a neighbor stopped by with mail that had been delivered to her TWO STREETS AWAY. Yesterday, according to "Informed Delivery" we were supposed to receive something from my wife's doctor, and did not. However, we did receive our neighbor's mail. It seems that out of desperation the HERCULANEUM BRANCH IS HIRING PEOPLE WHO CANNOT READ a simple address. We get our meds through the mail, and need them on time. If a package gets delivered to the wrong address, if they open it, and it's something good, some folks may just keep it. This is getting out of hand again, and we shouldn't have to put up with this poor service. Please take some action on this ASAP, because as we all know, mail in voting is just going to deteriorate service that much more.

I’ve always receive very good service at the main post office in St. Louis. The postal employees have generally been pleasant and helpful.

I'm so exasperated with the main post office in carbondale,il.. These people that suppose to be mail man get what $15.00 or more and gets benefits to deliver mail and packages to your home, but are to dam lazy to do anything. The manager at post office says its bad/dangerous but is no problems here after the owners cleaned the place up, so the post man sticks a paper in our box sometimes in someone else box am we never get our packages. Doesnt the public pay for they services? I think the inspector general should investigate 1400 n. Illinois ave, carbondale,il and tell the post office that it is safe to deliver packages to our homes. and not to be so lazy an do their job are fire them!!!!! Theres allot of people that love their job. And if we do get a package the dam postman cant have the denseness to call so we can pick it up at mailbox noooo he puts a dam paper in box so we have to go to post office an I have copd an on oxygen so its so hard for me to get to post office. What like they cant wait 3 4 mins. theses is what the worlds coming to? You get a job an dont do anything an get $15.00 an hr?????

how to i talk to a human? seriously i have pressed zero at least 25 times and it will not send me to a human. the terrible prompts can't fix this. a human can. so yeah. give me a damn human to speak with. this is beyond terrible service.
