Why would I expect anything else but incompetence? Dialed every number listed to speak to an agent regarding a Postal Order for $800 that was cashed, but not to my account. All I needed was a knowledgeable employee to help me read the numbers on the back of the money order. You had the nerve to ask me to stay on the line for a survey when you disconnected the call, every time. Thanks for NOTHING.

Phone Mailboxes stay full. Not able to leave a message . They don’t answer the phone , the reps at ASK-USPS want to take your info assign you a case number & hang up. Then the same people from the local post office that did nothing for you when you originally complained are the ones that call you back .. this is a fine example of our hard earned tax payer dollars at work. US is going in shitter rather quickly. Don’t waste your time calling because they are too lazy to do anything. Take matters into your own hands
