I live in an apartment complex with key mail boxes in the middle of the complex. When I order something, and it comes USPS, I have to rely on the company shipping to let me know it was not delivered because there is no safe place to leave. The postal carrier will not deliver a package to the apartment and does not leave a note saying I have to pick up the package at the post office. There is an old expression, "What a way to ruin a railroad." The Fenton post office.
I am so disappointed about getting my mail.
I had this problem with mailman many times.
They put my package in my mailbox i always have a problem with the key either the key not work or stuck between mailboxes.?😡😡😡😡
When can we expect mail delivery?
We have not had a delivery since Tuesday, February 1st.
It is now 7:30 pm Saturday, February 5th and still no truck seen on our street.
Every last employee in this office needs to be fired. The mail carrier on today’s route did not shut my mailbox. I can prove they didn’t shut it because it is old and rusted, so once you close the lid, you actually have to pull it open with a little bit of force to open it again. I had a monthly check come to me today and because it rain and the postal carrier didn’t shut my mailbox the check got sopping wet and now I can’t deposit it. And because the person that sent it, is an ex spouse that I have a restraining order against, I have to contact my attorney, pay them money to get my ex to write a new check. Called the post office and they did not care. Lazy, worthless people.
Lazy drivers and crappy service. Maybe if this place wasn't trying to do umteen different cities, they could actually do their jobs. Pretty sad that my city has a post office but can't pick up any packages from it so I have to go to Fenton. What's the point of a post office if it is not going to be used as such? They never read the instructions either. You are providing a service to the PEOPLE, not your lazy selves. Do your jobs. Oh and I guess we can throw the motto: Rain, sleet, shine or snow we deliver. Pftt, not with this level of laziness and incompentence...
I agree with everything you have stated also the town is upset also we need to bring in the postal inspector, police enough is enough.

What is with no mail delivery today? We had service yesterday and Wednesday. We had our mail out at 7 a.m. today that needed to be pick up.
Don't understand
I just want those at the Fenton post office to know it is such a relief to watch our packages being delivered and Set on our porches with care not like other couriers who throw what could be fragile items some 4ft. Away. A special thanks to Kevin , our carrier for his friendly happy demeanour.
I ordered an item for my husband that I have not received. The company tracked it and told me it was delivered USPS Dec. 26. We did not get it. The company is re-sending. This is just another example of your poor service.
Dianna was off only 2 days after her accident. She has still not gotten the red envelope left in our box for her for Christmas. You have a thief on your routes.
Thats what the fenton town is showing fenton police, on nextdoor township social have postal theives caught on camera in town i have reported the carriers also.. i have reported mail pieces not deliverd .

I understand that postal carriers are not required to pick up outgoing mail if the patron does not have incoming mail. So what happens when you have a LAZY MAIL CARRIER? You don't get your outgoing mail picked up EVERY SINGLE TIME you don't have incoming mail regardless if you have time sensitive bills going out that day. I have also witnessed a Fenton mail carrier THROW A PACKAGE onto my porch from the driveway WHILE SITTING IN THE DELIVERY TRUCK! The laziness of the Fenton postal drivers is pathetic.
This office is terrible, the people over the phone are rude, my mail person will someone not deliver my mail for 2 or 3 days and then deliver it all at once wroth a note saying my mailbox was blocked because there was a car parked within 15 feet of my mail box, not in front of it mind you but about 8 feet father down the road, God forbid he has to step out of his car to get it in my mail box.
Same here but not as bad with our newest driver I don't even have a car just sometimes people stop by and park in front of the driveway and Im not going to make someone move just to save them a few steps or pulling at an angle
