I am furious to find a delivery from Target sent via usps left at the curb in the grass by my curbside mailbox at 9pm Our mail delivery is unreliable. We are skipped for days at a time. Tonight mail came at 9pm. Who wants to be getting mail thst late? And why?

Three days of no mail delivery this week! Yesterday, Friday, they tried to delivery a package, small book, and said undeliverable. No ice or snow, no reason. No one rang our doorbell or knocked. What's going on over there?

I had a very unpleasant experience at the Kirkwood post office store.I went in to renew my passport and was late for my appointment. I had a sick baby emergency situation. The post office was completely empty. There was one male postal worker at the counter. I explained my situation and his response was, “She’s in the back. After I waited 15 minutes, the gentleman went into the back. All during this 15 minute period, the only traffic was two people just dropping off a package needing no service. Finally “she” appeared. When I explained my situation, she very rudely told me that I would have to make another appointment. She said she had other appointments and that she would get fired if she took me. I told her I would be happy to wait until she is finished. She said she doesn’t take anyone after 4:00 During this entire interaction, she was unpleasant and showed no empathy for my situation. Had waited on me when I arrived, she would have had ample time to conclude business with me. Prior to my arrival, my friend came to the Kirkwood Post Office for the same purpose-on time at 2:00 PM. She was told by the gentleman at the counter that the passport lady was at lunch. He asked if she had an appointment. She said, yes. He then told her that she was called and told to come later. My friend said, “No one called her.” I suspect my friend expresses complete displeasure over the passport lady being absent or late. The gentleman completed her passport transaction. So I guess I can assume that when a postal worker is polite figures out a way to help a tax payer, they can be fired. Being rude, missing appointments, not even offering to reschedule an appointment is Joe security. (Be the way, I have never submitted any written complaints before for any reason.) By the way, I had another friend walk into the Des Peres Post Office without any appointment and completed a passport application on the spot. I left a message to speak with the post master. I am not

I'm actually a fan of the USPS except for the criminal that's in charge. But my mail carrier has anger management problems. And he takes it out on my mail. It would be in better condition if I wadded it up and crammed it in my mailbox. Which is what I suspect is happening. I can always tell when he's on vacation, that's when my mail is normal.

Kirkwood wood postal service is absolutely awful! The employees are very rude and hateful, and absolutely impatient. I really hope that my review helps in fixing this problem. I dread going there for anything because I know exactly how I'm going to be treated everytime!

The kirkwood post office is an absolute NIGHTMARE. The employees are beyond rude, they are not helpful, always have an attitude and act like you coming in there is another to them. I dropped a package off that had a prepaid shipping label and they had it returned saying postage due when there is no postage due. They are so incompetent.

I dread having to go to the Kirkwood post office. The employees are extremely rude to the customers. Again this morning I was treated with disdain and rudeness by Paul. Shouting, no eye contact, treated me as a huge bother, behaving like he hates his job and hating me for showing up and causing him to be required to do it. What a sad person and place to go to work everyday. While I was there a mother with a small child walked in who had forgotten her mask. Three employees started shouting at her and yelled that they would not accept her package.

Rude customer service. Delayed deliveries. Clearly this is a problem that has been happening for years, and they have no intention of making changes. No pride in a job well done I guess.

I no longer go to the Kirkwood Post Office. For several years, I have found the employees, unfriendly, arrogant, "put out" by my requests for help or information - poor work attitude. Employees act privileged and entitled - sad. Also I moved in June 2020. I still have to go to my old address ( in Kirkwood) to pick up mail not forwarded to my new address. The person who used to live in my new house, gave a forwarding address in Kirkwood, MO and some of their mail is still coming to me. Not an efficient P.O. Not friendly. My old address - 310 Geyer Forest Drive, 63122 My new address - 574 W. Monroe Ave., 63122 Can someone look into this. I should not have to drive to my old house to get my mail. Thank you

Why does my mail not get delivered? Why do I get emails saying my package has been delivered when it has NOT? I pay UPS to bypass the post office every chance I get! This is ridiculous

We have been getting other people’s mail after dark delivered in our mailbox. Last night got 6 or more pieces of our neighbors mail (1 looked like a check). We did nit get any of our mail and are expecting several financial pieces. I am worried others are getting our mail, checks and contracts etc. Please advise on what to do. Mail is usually delivered after 7:00 pm

We have a business account at this location in Kirkwood. The ONE employee who handles OUR mail is on vacation for the next two weeks and we may not get any mail during this time. WHAT??? Is this really how the USPS wants their satellite locations to be staffed? Are there any checks and balances at a local post office? Do they not adhear to the "rain, snow or hail" the mail is ALWAYS delivered? This could put us out of business. Then what would I do? Take the USPS to court because it is because of their insolence my company went out of business?? Come on, Kirkwood Post Office, JUST DO YOUR JOB!!!

I was dropping off a pre-labeled package this past weekend (with my mask on) and was berated by two staff members in, especially the female employee, in front of multiple customers, for dropping it off and not standing in line. The large customer area had four other people in it who were not in line. She made me take my package back, wait in line and yelled at me for putting my package under the drop off slot directly next to where I was standing saying I was violating 6 feet distancing with my package that I did not think would fit under her smaller slot. I complied and did not make a bigger issue out of this. By the end of the exchange, I was just hoping that my package wouldn’t “accidentally” disappear after the death glare she gave me when I told her I didn’t need a receipt. Never had an issue at any other facility. Just this one. Very rude customer service.

Do you people have literacy standards for you workers? My mail (602 W Jewel Ave) is routinely diverted to 602 Villa Gardens. While its only one street away if it wasn't for the patience of the resident on Villa Gardens dropping off my mail to me I would not be getting some of my mail. I do occasionally get his. We have both complained in person to the Taylor Ave location. Nothing has changed. More than 30 years ago St. Louis Magazine rated the Kirkwood branch worst in the St. Louis area. Its obvious that you don't like change.

Often get mail late as a lot of my mail is returned with "NSN." There is a number! I have lived there over 30 years! Now I am late on getting RX, as that was also returned as "NSN." This happens a lot. The numbers are on the house in 2 places, easily seen, and in the middle of a neighborhood. However, when I go to the post office location, the employees are always very nice.

The Kirkwood Post Office Manager should be fired. This Post Office is TERRIBLE! My mail is consistently messed up. Items not delivered. When I do go up and explain my problem, the employees are always rude and do not care. We never seem to have the same postal delivery person. Always someone different. The Postal Service needs to be privatized.

I agree. I am so tired of getting someone else’s mail and they get mine or I never do get it.
