As I approached the counter today, ( 10/12/2021 ) the clerk asked me if she could help me. I kindly said yes, I need 2 books of stamps and could you weigh and mail these for me? (. They were books on grief that I’m sending to my sister and a brother who both just lost their spouses.) the clerk replies, “WELL THAT’S WHAT WE DO HERE”! and the only other customer in there busted out laughing...they BOTH a were rude as can be..left me thinking, oh great I’m appalled that they thought making fun of me was so funny!!! Maybe the Post Office needs to train their clerks kindness and respect! So much rudeness I could not believe it.. sounds like this review will be falling on deaf ears!

Is there a reason I’m not getting mail on Saturday? Also, trying to be constructive but the employees in the Kirkwood office are promoting a negative attitude. It’s like they don’t want to be there and hate serving people. It could be so much better for the workers and customers.

Do we not get mail delivery on Saturdays any more? Two Sat's in a row, NO MAIL! In fact, there are other days, we either don't get our mail or it is delivered after 7-8 o'clock @ night!! We have been having problems with our mail ever since Brian Korte left!! They leave the mailbox open, don't put the flag down, deliver in the truck, instead of walking, like he did and we NEVER know when or if we are getting any mail!!!!! Very poor!
