I called up to the office to ask about my package that was supposed to be redelivered to me and it took 7 times of calling before somebody picked up and was then was rude to me and said it was at the office and i needed to get it myself, i asked her to set it aside and i would come get it immediately, 4 ladies up there no customers but nobody wanted to pick up the phone they wrote my address down wrong on the return ticket and nobody put my package aside so i had to wait while she tried to find it and the other 3 ladies were lauging and talking crap in the back im not comming back up here again so disappointed

My mail was wet when delivered. The carrier was walking down the street in the rain while carrying people's mail in his hands making no attempt to keep the mail dry. It was raining when he left the truck. This is not the first time my mail has been wet but definitely one of the worst.

The postal service is rejecting my packages and returning them to Rossford Ohio. This has happened to 4 of my deliveries. What is the problem?

This is the third time that the mail carrier has "attempted delivery" without ringing the bell to notify they are there for me to sign for my packages. I even stood outside around the time the tracker says they should be there. No delivery agent. No delivery slip left behind to tell me where my package is. If the agent rings the bell I would gladly sign for my deliveries I paid a lot of money for.

I am trying to contact the post office, I want the postal carrier who delivers mail to my door to stop stomping through my yard! I have troubles coming up through the ground and they're stopping all over them. Stop stomping through my yard

not a review but a complaint. I live on Wharton St. and I put in the mail last weekend the 11th mail and now because of a late or no delivery on your end have to cancel 2 payments via the bank and redue them. not happy with your service at all.

Horrible service.. mail always in wrong mail box or 3 days late but it show I have mail in my email..maybe the route to big for carrier..whatever the problem is plz get help!!!

My mother has a hardship request to have her mail delivered to her door due to her age/health and box location. This was approved and documented yet the drivers continue to deliver to her box. I even put a note in the box taped to hang inside and they push right past it. I have emailed the postmaster but am not having any responses.

Horrible service. Delivery drivers damaging my property, not delivering our mail, holding packages because he's too fat to bring stuff to the porch without breaking anything, and then they harass me with an investigation saying I threatened them when he flipped me off and damaged my property and I asked them not to send him back here. Instead he keeps his job, I don't get my mail. Will be hearing from lots of lawyers and the news soon!

I want to know why I have not received mail (even junk mail) from 5/15 through today 5/20201. I depend upon USPS to deliver my mail, especially since I have prescribed medications delivered to me via the mail. Ypsilanti post is the worst.

My package says delivered to mailbox and AGAIN nope it's not there. When you call to try and find it, you get sent to a voicemail. So how to find my package?????? Our mail system has gone down hill so fast. Maybe postal carriers can't read addresses correctly??

They stop my mail cause i dont pick it up enough! They have thieves workin at that post office. Whoever managing is the problem. They need to be watched!

I was told by tracking my 2 packages were delivered today, 2 hrs before I even have my mail delivered. I never have problems with UPS or FEDex..My packages were not delivered to my house. Either someone kept them that worked for the PO, or or delivered them to the wrong home...I have lived at the same address for over 50 years

This is the worst PO. Rude and useless. I received and official change of address validation. I am not moving. I went to the PO on 14Sep to correct this. The idiot stated only the person who put in the change of address can correct this. Who was it? Where is the new address? No one can tell me. Maybe the "current resident or previous owner" put it in. I had the house built. Now, 25Sep19, I still am getting no mail or packages!!! Yes, I have called their call center and numerous other places. I now am faxing Debbie Stabenow an authorization form

YPSI HAS THE WORST MAIL CARRIERS. Lazy sack of shits folded a disc golf disc in half to shove it in my mailbox just so her lazy ass didnt have to take it to my door. Of course you cant log a complaint because no one ever answers. Lazy ass government.

WHY IS THE MAIL NOT BEING PICKED UP? WHY IS ARE MAIL ONLY DELIVERED EVERY OTHER DAY?

I live in apts by ford lake and most of the mail delivery people are fine but there is one young lady, I won't give her name but it starts with a C. I believe she makes up her own hours and delivers when she wants, skips days when she feels like it, and tells me yesterday after not coming the day previous, "you have a lot of packages, but I was told I couldn't deliver anything but mail because I have to be back by 8pm. Well if this is true this POST OFFICE SHOULD HIRE MORE PEOPLE. I have never in my life had so many problems from one post office. I get other people mail ALL the time, I even get other peoples Packages from USPS and they get mine too! I get mail that is so crush into my box that it is ripped & torn up and for no better reason than "C" just shoving piece after piece and I've watched her do it. I finally put out a note. Yes, some people at this post office may know by now who I am and thats fine. There are great workers there and then there are not so great workers, but for what they're paid they need to do the damn job or move on. This is just become rediculous. Oh yeah and you are right about getting anyone to answer the phone. It's like anywhere else, I think they have cut back so much that One person has to the job of 3 or more and thats not fair either because they are not getting paid any more for it. FRUSTRATING!!! 😡

I am having the same issues.

The phone system is terrible. I've been trying to contact my local office and can't get anybody on the phone. When you dial 0 for the operator I get stuck in an infinite loop....................
